Claims (5)
- 외부냉매회로로부터 냉매가스를 흡입, 압축 및 토출시키는 압축기로서:내부에 나란히 형성된 복수개의 보어를 갖는 실린더;상기 실린더의 전단에 결합되어 크랭크실을 형성한 프런트하우징;상기 실린더와 상기 프런트 하우징에 대해 자유롭게 회전할 수 있도록 지지된 구동축;상기 구동축에 장착된 경사판 요소와 연계되어 상기 실린더의 보어 내부를 직선 왕복 운동하는 단두형의 피스톤; 및상기 실린더의 후단을 폐쇄하도록 그에 결합된 리어하우징으로서,내부의 중앙에 상기 실린더로부터 유입된 토출가스가 외부냉매회로로 배출되기 전에 머무르는 토출실을 갖고,상기 토출실을 둘러싸도록 그 주위에 외부냉매회로로부터 흡입된 냉매가스가 상기 실린더쪽으로 유도되기 전에 머무르는 흡입실을 가지며,상기 리어하우징의 후단에 상기 토출실로부터 외부냉매회로로 배출되는 토출가스가 통과하는 토출관을 갖고,상기 토출실의 토출가스가 통과하는 상기 토출관의 입구는 상기 실린더로부터 상기 토출실로 유입되는 토출가스가 통과하는 각 토출구에서 발생된 상기 토출가스의 각 맥동압이 상기 토출관의 입구에서 실질적으로 동일한 맥동압이 되도록 하는 거리에 위치하는 리어하우징;을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토출관의 입구는 상기 실린더로부터 상기 토출실로 유입되는 토출가스가 통과하는 각 토출구들로부터 동일한 거리에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토출관의 입구는 상기 토출실의 중앙에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토출관의 입구의 횡단면적은 상기 토출관의 관로의 횡단면적에 대하여 상기 토출관의 관로에서 토출가스의 맥동압이 상기 토출관의 입구에서 토출가스의 맥동압보다 작게 되도록 하는 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 토출관의 입구의 횡단면적은 상기 토출관의 관로의 횡단면적보다 작게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
