Description
Claims (16)
- 유리 용융물의 흐름 방향에 수평 및 수직으로 연장되는 판(7)을 포함하는 정련 벽(6) 위로 유리 용융물을 안내하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 용융물의 정련방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 판(7)은 내화 금속 또는 내화금속의 합금으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 판(7)은 몰리브덴 또는 텅스텐 또는 그 합금으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 판(7)은 용융 용기(1)에 고정되고 용융 용기(1)의 일부와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 판(7)의 두께는 유리 용융물의 유동력의 함수로 유리 용융물의 유동력에 상응하는 대항력이 생성되는 두께로 형성되어 판(7)과 용기(1)의 연결이 변형되거나 떨어지는 일이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 용융 레밸(8) 아래의 공간 H에 의해 한정되는 용기 바닥(4),용기 넓이 B에 걸쳐 가로지르는 방향으로 연장되고 상단부는 용융 레밸(8) 아래의 공간 H에 의해 한정되는 정련 벽(6)을 포함하고,상기 정련 벽(6)은 용물물이 흐르는 방향에 수직 및 수평으로 배열되어 보를 형성하는 판(7)으로 구성되는용융 용기(1)에서 유리 용융물을 용융 및 정련하기 위한 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 판(7)은 유리 조에서 적어도 그 상부 구역에 자유롭게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 판(7)은 내식 재료로 구성되고 용융물의 범람 단부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 판(7)은 내화 금속 또는 내화 금속의 합금으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 판(7)은 몰리브덴 또는 텅스텐 또는 그 합금으로 제조된 시트 금속판으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 10 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 판(7)은 용융 용기(1)과연결되거나 또는 용융 용기(1)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 11 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 판(7)의 두께는 유리 용융물의 흐름에 의해 생성되는 유동력의 함수로 유동력에 견딜수 있도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,용기 바닥(4)는 용기(1)의 길이방향으로 가로질러 연장된, 용융물에 가스를 도입하기 위한 노즐 열(9,10)을 포함하고,용기 바닥(4)는 또한 용기(1)의 길이방향으로 가로질러 연장되고 흐름 방향에서 노즐 열(9,10) 하류에 제공되는 전극 열(11,12,13)을 포함하고,주 흐름 방향의 마지막 분사노즐의 열(10)과 정련 벽(6) 사이의 길이 L1은 공간 H의 2내지 5배이고,주 흐름 방향의 마지막 분사노즐의 열(10)과 주 흐름 방향의 앞에 있는 전극 열(11) 사이의 거리 L2는 일반적으로 공간 H의 0.5 내지 2배인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 13 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 판(7)과 용기(1) 벽에 접하는 하류까지의 수평 거리 L3는 공간 H의 2 내지 3배인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 14 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 판(7)은 양면벽 상에 특정 울타리 벽돌 사이에 합입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 15 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 판(7)은 용기의 담금질 중에 산화에 대해 유리 슬라브 및 유리 입자의 코팅 및 피복으로 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
