- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소는 시클로헥산 및 시클로도데칸으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수득된 생성물이 알코올 및/또는 케톤임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수득된 생성물이 산 또는 폴리산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수득된 생성물이 산, 알코올 및 케톤의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 아세트산, 글루타르산, 옥탄산 및 친유성산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 카르복실산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 촉매는 Co 및/또는 Mn 및/또는 Cr 및/또는 Zr, Hf, Ce 및/또는 Zr 및/또는 Hf로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 금속 원소들의 화합물을 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 R1 및 R2는 같거나 다르며, 수소원자 또는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필, 부틸, 이소부틸, sec-부틸, t-부틸, 펜틸, 헥실, 헵틸, 옥틸, 데실, 도데실 및 분지형 라디칼로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 알킬 라디칼, 또는 페닐, 벤질, 나프틸 및 톨루일 라디칼로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 방향족 라디칼, 또는 시클로헥실, 시클로펜틸 및 시클로옥틸로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 시클로알킬 라디칼, 또는 메톡시카르보닐, 에톡시카르보닐, 프로폭시카르보닐, 이소프로폭시카르보닐, 부톡시카르보닐, 펜톡시카르보닐, 포르밀, 아세틸, 프로피오닐, 부티릴, 발레릴 및 피발로일 라디칼로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 알콕시카르보닐 또는 아실 라디칼을 나타내거나, 또는 R1 및 R2는 단일결합 또는 이중결합에 의해 서로 결합되어 축합 또는 비축합 형태의 방향족 또는 지방족 고리를 형성할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 2의 R3 및 R4는 같거나 다르며, 수소원자 또는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필, 부틸, 이소부틸, sec-부틸, t-부틸, 펜틸, 헥실, 헵틸, 옥틸, 데실, 도데실 및 분지형 라디칼로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 알킬 라디칼, 또는 페닐, 벤질, 나프틸 및 톨루일 라디칼로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 방향족 라디칼, 또는 시클로헥실, 시클로펜틸 및 시클로옥틸로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 시클로알킬 라디칼, 메톡시카르보닐, 에톡시카르보닐, 프로폭시카르보닐, 이소프로폭시카르보닐, 부톡시카르보닐, 펜톡시카르보닐, 포르밀, 아세틸, 프로피오닐, 부티릴, 발레릴 및 피발로일 라디칼로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 알콕시카르보닐 또는 아실 라디칼을 나타내거나, 또는 R1 및 R2는 단일결합 또는 이중결합에 의해 서로 결합되어 축합 또는 비축합 형태의 방향족 또는 지방족 고리를 형성할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조촉매는 N-브로모숙신이미드, N-브로모말레이미드, N-브로모헥사히드로프탈이미드, N, N’-디브로모시클로헥산-테트라카르복스이미드, N-브로모프탈이미드, N-브로모트리멜리트이미드 및 N, N’-디브로모피로멜리트이미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응 매개물에 존재하는조촉매의 양이 산화되어야 하는 탄화수소의 1몰 당 조촉매 0.001몰 내지 2몰 사이임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 반응 매개물내에서 금속 화합물에 기초한 촉매의 농도가 금속 원소의 중량%로 0.00001 내지 5 중량%, 바람직하게는 0.00001 내지 2중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
