Abstract

본 고안은 지하 가시설공법의 하나인 엄지말뚝 가시설공법을 지하수위가 높은 시공현장에 적용할 경우, 엄지말뚝 가시설의 차수성능과 연직벽으로서의 단면성능을 높이도록 한 지하 가시설장치에 관한 것이다.
본 고안의 구성은 지하 암반층(10)까지 다수개로 연결된 강널말뚝(20)이 설치되고, 이 강널말뚝(20)중 어느 하나의 일측에 엄지말뚝(30)을 고정설치한 구조이다.
이러한 구성을 가지는 본 고안은 지하수위가 높고 굴착 저면과 인접하여 암반, 전석층등 강널말뚝의 시공이 불가능한 지형에서 가시설 구조물을 축조시, 엄지말뚝 수평널벽체와 강널말뚝 벽체를 조합하여 시공하므로써 연직벽으로서의 역할과 차수기능이 확보되며, 암반층을 항타하여 설치되므로, 근입심보도 확보될 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Description

지하 가시설장치{Underground temporary facility apparatus}
본 고안은 지하 가시설공법의 하나인 엄지말뚝 가시설공법을 지하수위가 높은 시공현장에 적용할 경우, 엄지말뚝 가시설의 차수성능과 연직벽으로서의 단면성능을 높이도록 한 지하 가시설장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 지하 가시설 공법중 대표적인 엄지말뚝과 수평널벽체 공법과 강널말뚝벽체공법은 다음과 같다.
엄지말뚝과 수평널벽체공법은 비교적 경제적이고, H-파일(pile)의 재사용이 가능하며, 굴착과 동시에 벽체가 완성되므로, 공기가 비교적 짧다. 그러나, 처수성 벽체로는 부적절하며, 지층이 매우 느슨하고, 일시적으로 자립할 수 없는 경우는 사용이 불가능한 단점이 있다.
한편, 강널말뚝 벽체공법은 지하수 이하 모래층에서의 토사의 유출을 막을 수 있고, 근입부분의 연속성이 유지된다. 또한, 다양한 단면형상과 균일한 재질의강널말뚝이 엄격한 품질관리하에서 생산되므로 신뢰성이 높다. 그러나, 큰 자갈이나 전석이 섞인 지반은 시공이 불가능하고, 상기 엄지말뚝공법에 비하여 공기가 긴 단점이 있다.
또한, 높은 지하수위를 갖는 지역에서 지하 가시설을 설계 및 시공시, 엄지말뚝 수평널벽체 구조를 적용한다면, 수평널 배면에 그라우팅(grouting)을 사전에 시공하여 차수성능을 보강하여 주는 선행작업이 필요하나, 이러한 차수공법은 지하수 유동이 많은 곳에서는 작업이 힘들고, 또한 그라우팅이 영구적인 차수를 제공하지 않으므로, 사전에 계획된 기간중에만 차수효과를 기대할 수 있는 것이다.
통상적으로, 엄지말뚝 수평널벽체 공법이 경제적인 반면, 지하수위가 높은 지질조건에서는 차수성능이 낮은 구조적인 특성상 이의 적용이 쉽지 않고, 또한, 강널말뚝 형식을 적용할 경우에는 차수성능이 높은 반면에, 굴착저면에 암반이나 전석층이 존재할 경우, 시공이 불가능하고, 지하수위가 높고 굴착저면 부근에 암반이 존재하는 지질에는 일반적으로 적용되는 상기 2가지의 가시설공법의 적용이 쉽지않는 문제점이 있다.
이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 제반 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 강널말뚝과 엄지말뚝을 동시에 적용하여 강널말뚝은 연직벽으로의 구조역할과 차수역할을 하고, 엄지말뚝은 연직벽으로서의 역할과 근입심도 확보를 분담하도록 하여 양자의 단점을 보완하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 지하 가시설 장치를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.

상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 지하 가시설장치에 있어서, 지하 암반층까지 항타한후 그 자리에 다수개를 연결한 강널말뚝을 설치하고, 이중 하나의 강널말뚝의 하부에 엄지말뚝을 고정설치한 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
이하 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 예시도면에 의거 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 고안에 따른 가시설장치를 설명하기 위한 개략도이고, 도 2는 도1의 종단면도이다. 도시된 바와 같이, 지하 암반층(10)까지 다수개로 연결된 강널말뚝(20)이 설치되고, 이 강널말뚝(20)중 어느 하나의 일측에 엄지말뚝(30)을 고정설치한 구조이다.
상기 엄지말뚝(30)의 일측에는 통상적으로 지하가시설공법중 사용하는 지지구조물(40)이 갖추어진다.
상기 지지구조물(40)은 통상적으로, H-파일(pile)을 사용한다.
도면중 미설명부호 50은 건물의 지하구조물형태를 개략적으로 도시한 것이고, 60은 건물을 시공하기 위해 지하 최종 바닥부를 표시한 것이다.
이러한 구성을 가지는 본 고안은 엄지말뚝(30)만인 경우, 틈이 벌어져 있어 물이 유입될 우려가 있으며, 강널말뚝(20)만인 경우에는 지하가 암반층이 있으면 강널말뚝(20)이 연속된 형태를 이루고 있어 지하면을 항타하여 설치하지 못한다. 그러나, 엄지말뚝과 강널말뚝의 장단점을 보완하여 본 고안처럼 설치하면, 암반층이 있더라도 지하 가시설공법이 가능해지는 것이다.
이와 같이 본 고안에 의하면, 지하수위가 높고 굴착 저면과 인접하여 암반, 전석층등 강널말뚝의 시공이 불가능한 지형에서 가시설 구조물을 축조시, 엄지말뚝 수평널벽체와 강널말뚝 벽체를 조합하여 시공하므로써 연직벽으로서의 역할과 차수기능이 확보되며, 암반층을 항타하여 설치되므로, 근입심보도 확보될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
