Claims (5)
- 희석된 무기산 수용액의 유입 스트림을 2개 이상의 하부 스트림으로 나눈 후, 이것을 연속으로 연결된 다수의 반응 단계에 공급하고,제1 하부 스트림을 제1 반응 단계에 공급하고,제2 하부 스트림을 제1 반응 단계 이외의 반응 단계에 공급하는 것을 포함하고,연속으로 연결된 다수의 반응 단계로의 희석된 무기산 수용액의 유입량은 제1 반응 단계 이외의 반응 단계의 pH에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는,연속으로 연결된 다수의 반응 단계에서 희석된 무기산 수용액 중의 수소에 의해 일산화질소를 촉매적 환원시키는 히드록실암모늄염의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 하부 스트림이 연속으로 연결된 반응 단계 중 마지막 단계에 도입되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 하부 스트림이 공급되는 반응 단계에서 pH가 2 미만으로 유지되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 무기산이 황산인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 무기산이 황산이고, 상기 제2 하부 스트림이 연속적으로 연결된 반응 단계 중 마지막 단계에 공급되고, 이 단계에서 pH가 1.0 내지 1.5의 범위로 유지되는 방법.
