Claims (6)
- 에어컨 팬 모터용 저항기에 있어서,수용공간(141)을 형성하는 커버부재(140)의 상부,좌,우측 연부를 따라 절곡돌기(144)들을 형성하여 방열판(130)을 결합하면서 그 내측 수용공간(141)에 절연재(120)들과,저항체(110)들을 교호로 적층한 저항부(100); 및하부는 전원접속단자가 커버부재로 둘러싸이고, 상부는 상기 저항체(110)들과 용접 또는 납땜접속되는 단자(212)(214)들이 직립위치하는 커넥터부(200)를 포함하여,적어도 2개 이상의 상기 저항체(110)가 절연재(120)를 사이에 두고 교호로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어컨 팬 모터용 저항기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 저항체(110)가 두개의 저항이 결합된 저항체(114)(116)와, 하나의 저항으로 이루어진 저항체(112)인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어컨 팬 모터용 저항기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 저항체(110)가 독립적으로 분리된 3개의 저항으로서 저항체(112),저항체(114) 및 저항체(116)로 3층 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어컨 팬 모터용 저항기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 저항체(110)들의 재질이 철-니켈 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어컨 팬 모터용 저항기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 저항체(110)를 통한 내부회로 과열시 단락되는 온도퓨즈(160)를 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어컨 팬 모터용 저항기.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 온도퓨즈(160)의 일단자는 상기 방열판(130)외측 상부에서 링형단자로 볼트고정되어 방열판을 통하여 회로구성이 가능하게하고, 이 방열판(130)은 커버부재(140)측에서 상기 저항체(110)공통단자에 접속고정되며, 온도퓨즈(160)의 타단은 커넥터부(200)의 음극단자에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어컨 팬 구동용 저항기.
