Claims (7)
- 인장 강도가 1400 ㎫ 이상, 신장율이 5 % 이상인 재질 특성을 갖고, 단면 형상이 폐쇄 단면 구조인 고장력 강관으로 형성되고, 상기 단면 형상의 길이 방향의 최대 치수를 a, 이와 직각 방향의 최대 치수를 b, 외주 길이를 L, 상기 강관의 두께를 t라 한 경우에, 단면 형상이 하기 [수학식 1]을 충족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 구조용 부재.[수학식 1]0.65 ≤ b/a ≤ 0.750.014 ≤ t/L ≤ 0.020
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단면 형상은 그 변의 적어도 1 부위에 직선부를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 구조용 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단면 형상은 그 변이 전부 곡선으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 구조용 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단면 형상은 타원 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 구조용 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부재는 차체에 부착한 경우에, 그 단면 형상의 길이 방향이 차체의 충돌 방향과 일치하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 구조용 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부재는 도어에 부착한 경우에, 그 폐쇄 단면 형상의 길이 방향이 도어의 측면 충돌 방향과 일치하도록 배치되는 도어 충격 보호용 빔으로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 구조용 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 자동차 구조용 부재를, 상기 부재의 폐쇄 단면 형상의 길이 방향이 차체의 충돌 방향과 일치하도록 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 차체.
