Claims (3)
- 중량%로 C:0.1~0.15%, Mn:1.0~2.0%, P:0.02%이하, Si:0.03%이하, Sol-Al : 0.03~0.06%, Cu:0.5~1.0%, Mo 0.2~0.4%, Nb 0.03~0.06%, Ni 0.10~0.20% , 나머지 Fe와 불가피하게 함유되는 불순물로 조성되는 고강도 고인성 코일결속용 밴드강.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 밴드강은 인장강도가 100Kg/㎟이상이며, 연신율이 12%이상임을 특징으로 하는 고강도 고인성 코일결속용 밴드강.
- 중량%로 C:0.1~0.15%, Mn:1.0~2.0%, P:0.02%이하, Si:0.03%이하, Sol-Al : 0.03~0.06%, Cu:0.5~1.0%, Mo 0.2~0.4%, Nb 0.03~0.06%, Ni 0.10~0.20% , 나머지 Fe와 불가피하게 함유되는 불순물로 조성되는 알루미늄 킬드강을 1200∼1250℃의 온도범위에서 균질화처리후, 마무리압연온도 Ar3이상의 조건으로 열간압연하고, 550 -650℃에서 권취한 다음, 냉간압연하고 550~600℃에서 연속 회복소둔한 후 430~470℃에서 블루잉처리를 행하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 고강도 고인성 코일결속용 밴드강의 제조방법.
