Abstract

Description

이미지 내의 텍스트 정보와 이미지 정보를 구별하는 이동식 디지털 카메라의 적용 방법{APPLICATIONS FOR A MOBILE DIGITAL CAMERA, THAT DISTINGUISH BETWEEN TEXT-, AND IMAGE-INFORMATION IN AN IMAGE}
"텍스트 및 문자와 이미지를 포함하는 혼합 정보의 이동식 지능형 포착, 처리, 저장 및 전송을 위한 방법 및 장치" 라는 발명의 명칭의 스웨덴 특허 출원 번호 제0002736-7호는, 인쇄 혹은 수기된 텍스트 혹은 테스트와 이미지의 조합의 형태로 정보를 포착, 지능적인 방법으로의 해석, 저장 및 전송하기 위해 어떻게 디지털 카메라를 사용할 수 있는가에 대해 광범위한 개념으로 예시하고 있다. 상기 해석은 제1 단계로 예컨대, 인쇄된 혹은 수기된 문자 등의 그래픽 정보를 표준 코드(예컨대, ASCII)로 변환하는 것을 암시하지만 또한 상이한 언어간의 번역 등의 더 복잡한 기능을 포함할 수 있다.

이와 유사한 주문 서비스는, 요청된 제품의 종류 및 양을 목록이나 메뉴에 간단한 방법으로 마킹만 하여 주문자가 주소 및 다른 추가의 요구 사항 및 승인을 추가할 때 카메라가 해석된 정보를 상점 및 레스토랑에 전송하게 되는, 식료품점에서의 음식, 식당에서 만든 인스턴트 음식 등의 주문을 포함할 수 있다. 심지어 레스토랑의 손님은 메뉴 상에 원하는 요리와 음료를 마킹하고 식탁 번호의 추가에 대해, 레스토랑의 주방으로 직접 주문을 전송하기 위해 카메라를 사용할 수 있으며, 주문 대기 중에 직원의 일을 덜어줄 수 있다. 본 발명자는 이것이 특별하게 바람직한 개발인지의 여부를 결정하지 못하였다. 본 발명자의 의도는 단지 본 발명에 따른 기술에 대한 거의 비제한적으로 가능한 응용례들을 보여주는 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 마이크로프로세서, 메모리 및 소프트웨어 프로그램을 구비하고, 양호하게는 휴대 전화기와 조합되는 디지털 카메라를 포함하는, 이동식 지능형 카메라 기술의 적용 방법에 있어서, 상기 카메라의 지능 기능을 상품 혹은 서비스의 자동 주문을 위해 혹은 플로우의 제어를 위해 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카메라의 지능은, 광고, 제품 목록, 메뉴 혹은 다른 유사한 상업용 메시지 혹은 오퍼의 사진을 찍을 때, 인쇄된 정보가 해석되고, 상기 해석된 정보는 요청된 상품 혹은 서비스, 배달 주소, 구좌 번호, 서명 형태의 승인의 표시와 같은 사용자의 추가 지시에 의한 유사한 해석된 정보와 조합되어 취급, 배달 혹은 다른 상응하는 조치를 위해 광고주에게 자동으로 전송되도록 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지능형 카메라는 분석 결과와, 이미지로서 서류에 저장되는 E.C.G. 레코드 등의 문자와 심벌로 전환될 수 없는 정보를 조합한 의사의 해석 핸드 노트를 포함하여 포괄적인 일반 서류가 만들어지도록 케이스 시트와 의 보험 센터의 레코드를 만들기 위해 사용되며, 문서화는 필요시 주문 시험, 조제 및/또는 의료진의 지시 사항 등을 프린트하는 것과 같이 자동적으로 개시 작용을 행하기 위해 사용 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지능형 카메라는 계산서 및 지불 형태로 정보 및 지시 사항의 레코딩, 해석 및 전달에 의해 지불을 주문하기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지능형 카메라는 해석/코드 전환시, 예컨대 e-메일 혹은 SMS 등으로 저장 및/또는 전송될 수 있는 수기된 메시지, 문자 등의 임의의 재료 상에 해석하기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지능형 카메라는 흑판 및 칠판, 플립 차트, 오버헤드 프로젝터 스크린 및 이와 유사한 발표용 장비에 정보를 포착, 해석 및 전달하기 위해 강의, 회의 및 모임과 관련해서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지능형 카메라는 제조업체, 항공사, 우체국 및 운송 회사에서 상품, 수하물 및 소포의 플로우를 레코딩 및 제어하기 위해 사용되며, 이미지는 텍스트, 심벌 및/또는 바코드 형태의 그 해석 가능한 정보를 위해 분석되며, 상기 정보는 이미지 내의 다른 정보가 불확실하거나 복잡한 경우의 해결, 일어날 소지가 있는 문서화의 손상을 용이하게 하기 위해 해석된 정보와 재조합 가능한 방법으로 태그화될 때에 상기 이미지 내의 다른 정보의 삭제 혹은 저장이 동시에 행해지는 동안 식별 및 소팅 등의 조치를 취하기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지능형 카메라는 교통 통제와 관련하여 사용되며, 등록 번호 등의 해석 가능한 특징은 자동적으로 기록되어 예컨대, 속도 제한 위반에 대한 법적 제재를 가하기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 해석된 정보는 이미 카메라에서 적절하게 태그화 되며, 사후의 취급 및 정보의 복구를 용이하게 하는 XML 등의 포맷으로 인터넷, 데이터베이스 등으로 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 마이크로프로세서, 메모리 및 소프트웨어 프로그램, 양호하게는 이동 전화기와 조합된 형태의 디지털 카메라를 포함하는 이동식 지능 디지털 이미징을 위한 장치로서, 지능 기능은 필요하지 않을 때 바이패스 되며, 상기 카메라는 예컨대 사람 및 풍경의 사진을 찍는 보통의 디지털 카메라로서 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
