Claims (6)
- 고전압펄스로 구동되는 저온플라즈마 반응기내의 고전계 분위기에서 VOCs 및 악취물질을 산소분자와 함께 이온화한 활성자유기를 형성하여, 그 분위기에서 이온화되지 않은 VOCs 및 악취물질에 대해 그 형성된 활성자유기와의 화학반응을 유도하여 산화 및 환원시키는 플라즈마반응단계와, 이 플라즈마 반응단계에서 발생하는 오존과 미반응 VOCs 및 악취물질을 그 저온플라즈마 후단에서 제거하는 후처리단계로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온플라즈마를 이용한 휘발성유기화합물 및 악취제거 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 후처리단계로서 상기 부산물과 미반응 VOCs 및 악취물질을 오존촉매로 산화처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온플라즈마를 이용한 휘발성유기화합물 및 악취제거방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 후처리단계로서 상기 부산물과 미반응 VOCs 및 악취물질을 스크러버로 흡수처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온플라즈마를 이용한 휘발성유기화합물 및 악취제거방법.
- VOCs 및 악취물질이 포함된 가스를 포집하는 포집기와, 이 포집기로 포집된 가스를 외부의 공기와 함께 강제 송풍하는 송풍기와, 이 송풍기에서 송풍된 가스 및 공기의 유입구 및 배출구를 가지며 그 사이에서 고전계에 의한 코로나 방전을 형성하는 채널이 장착되어 유입된 가스중의 VOCs 및 악취물질과 함께 유입된 공기중의 산소분자를 이온화하여 활성자유기를 형성하고 이온화되지 아니한 VOCs 및 악취물질에 대해 그 활성자유기와의 반응을 유도하여 산화 및 환원시켜 수증기와 이산화탄소로 배출하는 저온플라즈마 반응기와, 이 저온플라즈마 반응기의 배출구측에 연결되어 그 저온플라즈마 반응기의 반응과정에서 발생하는 부산물 및 미반응 물질을 제거하는 후처리수단이 구비된 저온플라즈마를 이용한 휘발성유기화합물 및 악취제거장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 후처리수단으로서 상기 부산물과 접촉하여 산화처리하는 오존촉매를 장착한 촉매탑이 구비되어 있는 저온플라즈마를 이용한 휘발성유기화합물 및 악취제거장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 후처리수단으로서 상기 부산물을 흡수처리하는 스크러버가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온플라즈마를 이용한 휘발성유기화합물 및 악취제거장치.
