Abstract
Description
Claims (31)
- 양이온성 지질 및 맥관형성을 초래하는 미치는 물질을 포함하는 조성물을 포유류에 투여하는 단계;및조성물이 맥관형성 내피세포로 들어가도록 하는 시간동안 및 그러한 방식으로, 조성물을 맥관형성 혈관의 맥관형성 내피세포와 회합시키는 단계;를 포함하는, 맥관형성 내피세포에 선택적으로 영향을 미치는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조성물을 순환계로 주사하여 투여하고, 또한 조성물은 대응하는 정상의 내피세포에 비교해 볼때, 혈액 내에서, 맥관형성 내피세포에 대해 2배 이상의 친화성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 친화성은 비-맥관형성 내피세포를 기초로 하여 맥관형성 내피세포에 대해 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 친화성을 생체외에서 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 주사된 조성물은 대응하는 정상의 내피세포에 비교해 볼때, 혈액내에서, 맥관형성 내피세포에 대해 10배이상의 친화성을 가지며, 또한 조성물은 5 몰% 이상의 양이온성 지질을 포함하며, 조성물이 동맥내로 주사되는 것을특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 물질은 탁산이고, 맥관형성을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 양이온성 지질 및 탁산을 포함하는 조성물은 리포좀과 회합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 탁산은 파클리탁셀, 도세탁셀, 파클리탁셀의 10-데스아세틸 유사체, 파클리탁셀의 3'N-데스벤조일-3'N-t-부톡시카르보닐 유사체, 탁산의 갈락토오스 또는 만노스 유도체, 탁산의 피페라지노 유도체, 탁산의 6-티오 또는 술펜아미드 유도체, 및 소수성 부분에 부착된 탁산으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 탁산은 파클리탁셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 양이온성 지질;및리포좀의 지질 이중층내의 탁산을 포함하며, 리포좀은 탁산 결정을 실질적으로 포함하지 않으며, 탁산은 지질 이중층으로 부터 실제로 분할되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 리포좀.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 검출가능한 라벨을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 리포좀.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 리포좀의 수성 구획내에 수용성 탁산을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 리포좀.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 탁산은 제약학적으로 허용가능한 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 리포좀.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 탁산은 파클리탁셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 리포좀.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 탁산은 도세탁셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 리포좀.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 리포좀은 탁산 또는 탁산 유도체 20 몰퍼센트 미만 및 양이온성 지질 약 20 몰퍼센트이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 리포좀은 약 2 몰% 내지 약 10 몰% 탁산, 및 약 40 몰%내지 약 98 몰% 양이온성 지질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 리포좀.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 리포좀은 중성 지질을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 리포좀.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 리포좀은 약 2 몰% 내지 약 10 몰% 탁산, 약 40 몰% 내지 약 98 몰% 양이온성 지질, 그리고 약 2 몰% 내지 약 50 몰% 중성 지질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 중성 지질은포스파티딜콜린(PC), 포스파티딜에탄올아민(PE), 그리고 PC 및 PE의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 리포좀.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 리포좀은 DOTAP, 난 포스파티딜콜린 및 파클리탁셀을 50: 48: 2 의 몰비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 리포좀.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 리포좀은 DOTAP, DOPC, 및 파클리탁셀을 50: 47: 3 의 몰비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 리포좀.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 리포좀은 DOTAP, DOPE, 및 파클리탁셀을 50: 47: 3 의몰비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 리포좀.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 리포좀이 DOTAP, MOPC, 및 파클리탁셀을 50: 47: 3 의 몰비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 리포좀.
- 양이온성 지질;및리포좀의 수성 구획내에 탁산을 포함하며, 실질적으로 탁산 결정을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 리포좀.
- 양이온성 지질 및 맥관형성을 감소시키는 물질을 포함하는 조성물을 포유류에 투여하고,조성물이 맥관형성 내피세포로 들어가도록 하는 시간동안 및 그러한 방식으로, 조성물을 맥관형성 혈관의 맥관형성 내피세포와 회합시키는 것;을 포함하며, 맥관형성의 감소로 인해 죽상경화성 플라크 형성이 감소되는것을 특징으로 하는 죽상경화성 플라크를 감소시키는 방법.
- 제 26 항에 있어서, 조성물을 순환계로 주사하여 투여하고, 또한 조성물은 대응하는 정상의 내피세포에 비교해 볼때, 혈액 내에서, 맥관형성 내피세포에 대해 2배 이상의 친화성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 환자의 순환계 혈관에서 죽상경화성 플라크를 제거하는 단계;및양이온성 리포좀 및 맥관형성을 억제하는 활성 성분을 포함하는 조성물의 치료요법적 유효량을 환자에 투여하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환자에서 죽상경화성 플라크 형성을 감소시키는 방법.
