Claims (4)
- 수소형 양이온 교환수지와 염소형 음이온 교환수지를 혼용하는 것에 의하여, 수소형 양이온 교환수지가 시료수 중의 양이온을 포집하여 높은 해리도를 갖는 강산을 형성시킴과 아울러, 염소형 음이온 교환수지가 시료수 중의 낮은 해리도를 갖는 약산의 음이온을 포집하여 강산을 형성시킴으로써, 시료수 중의 강산 함량을 증가시켜 불순물의 단위량 당 전기전도도를 증대시키는 단계 및, 상기한 증대된 전기 전도도를 실시간으로 측정하는 단계로 구성되는 고감도 수중 불순물 감시 방법.
- 하기의 단계로 구성되는 고감도 수중 불순물 감시 방법:수소형 양이온 교환수지 칼럼에 시료수를 통과시키는 것에 의하여 시료수 중의 양이온을 포집하여 높은 해리도를 갖는 강산을 형성시키는 양이온 교환 단계;상기한 수소형 양이온 교환수지 칼럼을 통과한 시료수의 전기전도도를 측정하는 단계;상기한 수소형 양이온 교환수지 칼럼을 통과한 시료수를 다시 염소형 음이온 교환수지 칼럼을 통과시키는 것에 의하여 시료수 중의 음이온을 포집하여 높은 해리도를 갖는 강산을 형성시키는 음이온 교환 단계;상기한 염소형 음이온 교환수지 칼럼을 통과한 시료수의 전기전도도를 측정하는 단계; 및상기한 수소형 양이온 교환수지 칼럼을 통과한 시료수에 대한 전기전도도 측정값과 상기한 염소형 음이온 교환수지 칼럼을 통과한 시료수에 대한 전기전도도 측정값의 차이로부터 시료수 중의 낮은 해리도를 갖는 약산의 농도를 계측하는 단계.
- 수소형 양이온 교환수지와 염소형 음이온 교환수지가 혼재된 양이온 및 음이온 교환수지 혼합형 충진 칼럼과, 시료수의 전기전도도를 측정하여 표시하는 전극 및 지시계를 포함하는 계측기로 구성되는 고감도 수중 불순물 감시 장치.
- 수소형 양이온 교환수지 칼럼과, 그에 후속하여 배열되는 염소형 음이온 교환수지 칼럼과, 시료수의 전기전도도를 측정하여 표시하는 전극 및 지시계를 포함하는 계측기로 구성되는 고감도 수중 불순물 감시 장치.
