Claims (19)
- 소정의 열(row)의 수 r로 배치되는, 적어도 하나의 압출 헤드의 다수의 압출 덕트를 통해, 압출 덕트 오리피스로 압출 용액을 통과시키는 단계; 소정의 압출율로 압출 덕트 오리피스를 통해 압출 용액을 각각의 압출된 성형체로 압출하는 단계; 에어 갭을 통해 압출된 연속 성형체를 통과시키는 단계를 포함하는, 압출 용액, 특히 물, 셀룰로오스 및 3차 아민 옥사이드를 포함하는 압출 용액으로부터 필라멘트 또는 스태플 섬유를 생산하기 위한 연속 성형체를 압출하기 위한 방법에 있어서,열의 수 r, 섬유 타이터 T(dtex) 및 작동 파라메터 B에 의존하여 압출율 v(m/min)의 값이,가 되도록 제어하고,여기서, 작동 파라메터 B는 4보다 크지 않은 값을 가지는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,작동 파라메터는 3.5보다 크지 않은 값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,작동 파라메터는 3보다 크지 않은 값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,작동 파라메터는 적어도 0.5의 값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,커튼(3) 형상으로 에어 갭(8)을 통해 압출 헤드(2)로부터 연속 성형체를 배출시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,침전 수조(5)를 통해 커튼(3)으로서 연속 성형체를 통과시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,침전 수조(5)내에서 커튼을 굴곡시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,침전 수조(5) 외부의 굴곡된 커튼(3)을 실질적으로 한 점을 향하여 수렴시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,에어 갭(8)내의 압출 용액으로부터 필라멘트 또는 스태플 섬유를 생산하기 위한 연속 성형체를 실질적으로 정체된 공기를 통해 통과시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 이를 통해 압출 용액이 압출율 v로 압출 덕트 오리피스로 통과되는 다수의 압출 덕트를 포함하며, 압출 용액은 연속 성형체를 얻기 위하여 압출 덕트 오리피스를 통해 압출 용액으로부터 필라멘트 또는 스태플 섬유를 생산하기 위하여 압출가능한, 압출 용액, 특히 물, 셀룰로오스 및 3차 아민 옥사이드를 포함하는 압출 용액으로부터 필라멘트 또는 스태플 섬유를 생산하기 위해 연속 성형체를 압출하기위한 압출 헤드에 있어서,섬유 타이터 T(dtex), 압출율 v(m/min) 및 작동 파라메터 B에 의존하여, 압출 헤드(2)의 압출 덕트 오리피스(12)의 열의 수 r은이고,여기서, 작동 파라메터 B는 최대 4임을 특징으로 하는 압출 헤드.
- 제 10항에 있어서,작동 파라메터 B는 3.5보다 크지 않음을 특징으로 하는 압출 헤드.
- 제 10항에 있어서,작동 파라메터 B는 3보다 크지 않음을 특징으로 하는 압출 헤드.
- 제 10항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,작동 파라메터는 적어도 0.5의 값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 압출 헤드.
- 제 10항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,압출 용액으로부터 필라멘트 또는 스태플 섬유를 생산하기 위하여, 연속 성형체는 압출 헤드(2)로부터 에어 갭내로 커튼(3)의 형태로 배출됨을 특징으로 하는 압출 헤드.
- 적어도 하나의 압출 헤드를 포함하는, 압출 용액, 특히 물, 셀룰로오스 및 3차 아민 옥사이드를 포함하는 압출 용액으로부터 필라멘트 또는 스태플 섬유를 생산하기 위해 연속 성형체를 압출하기 위한 시스템에 있어서,압출 헤드(2)는 제 10항에 따라 설계됨을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 15항에 있어서,에어 갭의 뒤에 압출 방향으로 배치된 용액 수조내에 디플렉터(4)가 제공되며, 커튼(3)은 디플렉터에 의해 굴곡됨을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 16항에 있어서,커튼(3)이 실질적으로 하나의 섬유로 수렴되도록 하는 수집기(6)가 디플렉터(4)의 하측 압출 방향으로 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 15항 내지 제 17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,다수의 압출 헤드(2)가 실질적으로 평행하게 지향된 열로서 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 15항 내지 제 18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 시스템은, x 및/또는 y방향으로 배치되며 조합되어 하나의 방적 위치를 형성하는 다수의 압출 헤드를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
