Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA EXTRUDAR UM CORPO CONTINUAMENTE MOLDADO". A presente invenção se refere a um aparelho e a um método, bem como um sistema para extrudar corpos continuamente moldados para produzir filamentos ou fibras de comprimento padrão a partir de uma solução de extrusão, tal como uma solução de celulose que contém água, celulose e óxido de amina terciária, tal como N-óxido de N-metil morfolina. Em comparação com os métodos conhecidos da técnica anterior, a lucratividade pode ser aumentada na produção de corpos continuamente moldados (3) se a taxa de extrusão v for ajustada a um valor v = B . T^ 0,33^ . 10.000 . (1/r^ 2^) . Em um sistema, a lucratividade pode ser aumentada se o número de fileiras r for r = [(B/v) . 10.000 . T^ 0,33^]^ 1/2^, T é aqui o título da fibra, em dtex, v é a taxa de extrusão, em m/min, r é número das fileiras dos orifícios do duto de extrusão (12), e B é um parâmetro operacional que não é maior do que 4 e é pelo menos igual a 0,5.
