Description
Claims (10)
- 금속, 금속합금 또는 복합물 중심부로 된 균질성 중심부(1)로 이루어지고, 또 침식처리시 마모하는 피복을 가진 아연합금으로 된 최소한 2개의 외피층으로 이루어진 금속, 전기전도성 세락믹등을 스파크 침식절삭하는 와이어전극에 있어서, 내측외피층(2)은 β황동으로 이루어지고, 외측외피층(3)은황동으로 이루어지며, 양외피층에서 β/β'상, 또는상의 지분은 최소한 60%이며, 또 β황동 대황동의 피복두께의 비는 0.3 ~ 7간에 있으며, 전극의 외경에 대한 양외피층 두께의 합계는 0.1 ~ 0.3간에 있는 것을 특징으로하는 스파크 침식절삭용 와이어전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, β황동대황동의 피복두께의 비는 0.7 ~ 5간에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파크 침식절삭용 와이어전극.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, β황동대황동의 피복두께의 비는 1.3 ~ 3간에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파크 침식절삭용 와이어전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, β황동외피층은 최소한 90% β/β'상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스파크 침식절삭용 와이어전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서,황동외피층은 최소한 90%상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스파크 침식절삭용 와이어전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 중심부는 동, 황동 또는 동피복 또는 황동피복으로 이루어진 스틸코어를 가진 복합물 중심부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스파크 침식절삭용 와이어전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서,황동피복은 최소한 두께 1㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 스파크 침식절삭용 와이어전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, β황동피복은 최소한 두께 10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 스파크 침식절삭용 와이어전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서,황동피복은 최소한 두께 25㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 스파크 침식절삭용 와이어전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, β황동피복은 최소한 두께 50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 스파크 침식절삭용 와이어전극.
