Claims (3)
- 레이저용접과 아크 용접을 이용한 복합 용접 시스템에 있어서,발진기(1)에서 형성된 레이저가 광파이버(3) 또는 반사광학계(8)를 통해 집속 광학계(5)로 전송되어 렌즈 및 포물면경에 의해 집광(6)되는 단계와, 용접부재(12)의 간극이 존재하거나 없는 부분의 형성된 한 면 또는 두 면에 조사하거나 개선가공 된 부분에 조사하여 하부비드(13)를 형성시키는 단계와, 아크 용접 토치(10)로부터 와이어를 용융시켜 개선부를 채워 상부비드(14)를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접과 아크 용접을 이용한 복합 용접시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하부비드를 형성시키는 단계는 맞대기 간극의 유무와 Y-개선 가공을 통한 용접조건에 따라 싱글빔(21)을 에지의 한쪽면(22)에 조사하여 용융시키거나 이중빔(24)을 두 부재의 간극만큼 떨어뜨려 에지의 두 면(25)에 조사하여 용융시켜 하부비드를 형성하는 단계와, 한곳에 빔을 집속하여 중첩된 빔으로 하부비드를 형성하는 단계와, 루트부분을 싱글빔(21) 또는 이중빔(24)으로 용접하여 하부비드를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접과 아크 용접을 이용한 복합 용접시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상부비드를 형성시키는 단계는 맞대기 용접 및 Y-개선 용접 조인트에서 하부비드를 포함한 초층은 레이저로 형성한 후에 아크 토치를 사용하여 상면비드를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용접과 아크 용접을 이용한 복합 용접시스템.
