Abstract

식용개구리의 일종인 백두산 숲개구리의 수란관(oviduct)를 채취하여 정선, 세척, 건조, 분쇄, 추출하여 백두산 숲개구리 추출물을 얻는다. 상기 백두산 숲개구리 추출물 30-50중량부, 마카데미아너트오일, 아보카도오일, 올리브오일, 피마자오일, 아몬드오일 중에서 선택한 한가지 이상의 오일 20-60중량부, 프로폴리스 추출물 0.001 내지 0.6중량부, 천궁, 감초, 행인 등의 생약재 추출물에서 선택한 1종 이상 0.001 내지 1.5중량부를 혼합 균질화 하여 제조하는 식용개구리추출물과 프로폴리스를 함유하는 기능성 화장료 조성물이다.
피부에 대한 영양공급, 주름살예방과 피부 노화를 억제할 수 있고 피부의 혈액 순환을 촉진하여 피부에 탄력과 윤기를 줄 수 있다.

식용개구리추출물과 프로폴리스를 함유하는 화장료 조성물 및 그 제조방법{COSMETICS COMPOSITION CONTAINING EDIBLE FROG EXTRACT AND PROPOLIS AND A PROCESS THEREOF}
본 발명은 화장료에 관한것으로 특히 식용개구리추출물과 프로폴리스를 함유하는 화장료 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
식용개구리 [edible frog, 食用-]는 식용개구리의 주종인 미국산 황소개구리(Rana catesbeiana)를 비롯하여 세계 각지에서 식용으로 하고 있다. 유럽참개구리(R. esculenta)와 아시아 남부의 범무늬개구리(R. tigrina)가 유명하다. 범무늬개구리는 닭고기맛이 난다 하여 수계(水鷄)라 한다. 동남아시아에서는 늪개구리(R. limnocharis)와 게잡이개구리(R. cancrivora) 등을 식용으로 한다. 아마존강 유역에 서식하는 거꾸로개구리(Pseudis paradoxa)를 식용한다. 프랑스요리에서 식용개구리(주로 황소개구리) 요리를 그르누유(grenouille)라 하며 껍질을 벗긴 뒷다리를 조리한다. 주로 튀김으로 조리하지만, 마리네 ·스튜 ·조림 ·양념구이 등이 있다.
식용개구리의 일종인 백두산 숲개구리는 개구리과 양서동물로써 주로 백두산지역에서 살며, 높은 식용약용가치를 가진 것이다. 그 백두산 숲개구리 추출물, 백두산 숲개구리유는 암컷 개구리의 수란관을 채집하여 건조한 것으로 부터 얻은 것으로, 과학적 분석감정에 의하면 중요성분으로는 단백질, 지방, 비타민A,B,C와 18종의 인체에 필요한 아미노산 및 칼륨, 칼슘, 나트륨, 마그네슘, 철, 망간, 셀레늄, 인등 13종의 미량 원소가 함유되어 있다.
프로폴리스의 성분인 플라보노이드는 피부에 유해한 유기 자유 라디칼을 잘 소거하여 피부 노화를 억제할 수 있고 피부의 혈액 순환을 촉진하여 피부에 탄력과 윤기를 줄 수 있다.
본 발명은 위에서 서술한 식용개구리 백두산 숲개구리 추출물의 우수한 영양 성분(비타민 E, 천연토코페롤)과 프로폴리스의 피부 노화 억제, 혈액순환촉진 항균 효과를 이용하는 피부 미용, 미안 미백 효과 및 주름살을 펼 수 있는 기능성 화장료 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 제공하려는 것이다.
본 발명은 상기 백두산 숲개구리 추출물 오일을 베이스로 하고 여기에 벌집으로부터 채취되는 수지상의 물질인 프로폴리스(propolis)와 천궁, 감초, 행인 등의 생약재를 첨가한 기능성 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
일반적인 종래 화장료 제품은 화학적으로 합성된 살균 또는 항균성 물질을 첨가함으로서 여러 가지 부작용을 발생시켰으나, 본 발명은 상기 살균, 항균, 효능을 갖고 있는 천연적인 물질인 프로폴리스를 첨가함으로써 종래의 화장료에서 발생될 수 있는 부작용을 방지하였으며, 그 외에도 피부개선에 뛰어난 효능이 있는 생약재를 농축하여 첨가하므로서 미백 및 피부신진대사를 촉진시켜 줄 수 있는 화장료 조성물인 것이다.
본 발명에서는 상기 식용개구리 백두산 숲개구리 추출물과 프로폴리스(PROPOLIS) 추출물을 배합함으로써 우수한 화장료조성물을 제공한다.
식용개구리의 일종인 백두산 숲개구리의 난관(oviduct)을 채취하여 정선, 세척, 건조, 분쇄, 추출하여 백두산 숲개구리 추출물 오일을 얻는다. 얻은 백두산 숲개구리 추출물 오일 30-50중량부, 마카데미아너트오일, 아보카도오일, 올리브오일, 피마자오일, 아몬드오일 중에서 선택한 한가지 이상의 오일 20-60중량부, 프로폴리스 추출물 0.001 내지 0.6중량부, 천궁, 감초, 행인 등의 생약재 추출물에서 선택한 1종 이상 0.001 내지 1.5중량부를 혼합 균질화하여 제조하는 기능성 화장료 조성물이다.
본 발명을 실시예를 통하여 더욱 상세하게 설명한다.
실시예 1.
식용개구리의 일종인 백두산 숲개구리의 난관(oviduct)을 채취하여 정선, 세척, 건조, 분쇄, 추출하여 백두산 숲개구리 추출물을 얻는다.
백두산 숲개구리 추출물 40g, 아보카도오일 20g, 올리브오일28g, 피마자오일10g, 프로폴리스 추출물 0.5g, 천궁, 감초, 행인 등의 생약재 추출물 1.5중량부를 혼합 호모게나이저로 균질화 하고, 진공 탈기, 캅셀 충전, 정형, 세환 건조, 거꾸로 안장한 후 제품 검사 출하한다. 특수 캅셀식, 튜브, 용기식, 영양기능성 화장료로서 주름살 예방용으로 사용한다.
백두산 숲개구리 추출물오일은 분석에 의하면 100g 중에 비타민 E(mg/100g) 1573.17, 비타민 C(mg/100g) 4.14, 비타민 B1(mg/100g) 3.92, 비타민 B2(mg/100g) 0.09, 비타민 D3(㎍/100g) 6.25, 칼륨(mg/100g) 69.71, 인(mg/100g) 9.72, 마그네슘(mg/100g) 3.80, 망간(mg/100g) 0.25, 아연(mg/100g) 0.06, 칼슘(mg/100g) 13.08 과 특히 아미노산 Asp(mg/kg) 1.45, THR(mg/kg) 2.34, SER(mg/kg) 2.79, GLU(mg/kg) 5.93, PRO(mg/kg) 4.36, GLY(mg/kg) 1.26, ALA(mg/kg) 5.78, VAL(mg/kg) 1.28, ILE(mg/kg) 0.72, LEU(mg/kg) 0.80, PHE(mg/kg) 19.18, HIS(mg/kg) 30.73, LYS(mg/kg) 15.46, ARG(mg/kg) 2.03 등을 함유하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다.
또한 프로폴리스의 주성분인 프라보노이드(FLAVONOID)는 항산화작용, 항염작용, 항균작용, 항생작용 등 작용과 종래의 화장료에서 발생될 수 있는 부작용을 방지하였으며, 그 외에도 피부개선에 뛰어난 효능이 있는 생약재를 농축하여 첨가하므로서 미백 및 피부신진대사를 촉진시켜 줄 수 있는 화장료 조성물인 것이다.
본 발명에 따르는 기능성 화장료조성물은 천연영양으로서 고기능성을 가지는 피부영양보충제로서 항산화작용, 항염작용, 항균작용, 항생작용 등 작용과 종래의 화장료에서 발생될 수 있는 부작용을 방지하였으며, 그 외에도 피부개선에 뛰어난 효능이 있는 생약재를 농축하여 첨가하므로서 노화방지, 미백 및 피부신진대사를 촉진시켜 줄 수 있는 화장료 조성물인 것이다.

  1. 식용개구리의 일종인 백두산 숲개구리의 난관(oviduct)을 채취하여 정선, 세척, 건조, 분쇄, 추출하여 백두산 숲개구리 추출물 오일을 얻고, 상기 백두산 숲개구리 추출물 오일 30-50중량부, 마카데미아너트오일, 아보카도오일, 올리브오일, 피마자오일, 아몬드오일 중에서 선택한 한가지 이상의 오일 20-60중량부, 프로폴리스 추출물 0.001 내지 0.6중량부를 혼합 균질화하여 제조하는
