Claims (6)
- 콘크리트 강화요소의 제조공정으로, 이 공정은,수지재료로 상호 평행하게 배치된 복수의 섬유를 묶어 섬유다발을 형성하고, 일 방향으로 연장하는 섬유다발을 다른 방향으로 연장하는 섬유다발에 교차시켜 격자를 형성하며, 이러한 작업을 반복적으로 수행하여, 일 방향으로 연장하는 섬유다발과 다른 방향으로 연장하는 섬유다발이 상기 격자의 교차위치에서 적층되는 단위 라미네이트를 형성하고;이 형성된 단위 라미네이트 상에 격리판을 올려 이 격리판 상에 제2 단위 라미네이트를 추가로 형성하며, 이러한 작업을 반복적으로 수행하여, 단위 라미네이트의 사이에 삽입된 격리판을 가지는 다층 라미네이트를 형성하며;이 다층 라미네이트를 가압하여, 일 방향으로 연장하는 섬유다발과 다른 방향으로 연장하는 섬유다발이 상기 격자의 교차위치에서 접촉-결합되도록 하는 것을 포함하는 콘크리트 강화요소의 제조공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 라미네이트가 서로 교차하는 섬유다발의 평면의 직각 방향으로부터 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 강화요소의 제조공정.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 단위 라미네이트의 두께를 한정하는스페이서가 상기 라미네이트의 격자에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 강화요소의 제조공정.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단위 라미네이트의 치수를 한정하는 안내판이 상기 라미네이트의 주변부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 강화요소의 제조공정.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 공정에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 라미네이트.
- 콘크리트 강화요소의 제조공정으로서, 제 5 항에 따른 다층 라미네이트의, 상호 교차하는 섬유다발의 평면 상의 4 측면의 에지를 절단하여, 상기 다층 라미네이트를 복수의 단위 라미네이트로 분리하여 단위 라미네이트들을 얻는 것을 포함하는 콘크리트 강화요소의 제조공정.
