Claims (6)
- 시신에서 수습한 골분 50중량%∼90중량%와 광물의 혼합물 10∼50중량%를 배합하는 단계;상기 골분과 광물의 혼합물을 배합한 것을 반죽하는 단계;상기 반죽한 물질을 1500℃ 내지 3500℃에서 가열·용융시키는 단계;상기 가열·용융된 것을 결정체 통로부재에 방울방울 떨어뜨려 구상의 결정체로 제조하는 단계; 그리고,상기 구상의 결정체를 400℃에서 1∼2 시간 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유골의 결정체 제조방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 광물의 혼합물은 장석 24∼26중량%, 콜마나이트 9∼10중량%, 석회석10∼10.5중량%, 백운석 5∼5.5중량%, 카올린 14∼15중량%, 탄산바륨 4.5∼5중량%, 아연화 2.5∼3중량%, 및 규석 22∼25중량%를 포함한 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유골의 결정체 제조방법.
- 골분 자동투입장치 및 골분을 담기 위한 골분통;히터 및 단열벽으로 이루어지는 전기로(54);내부 중앙 하부 바닥에 구멍이 형성되며 골분을 가열·용융시키는 도가니(55);상기 도가니의 하부 바닥에 형성된 구멍을 막기 위한 봉(56);상기 봉을 지지하기 위하여 하우징 외부의 상부에 위치한 지지대(57);상기 도가니에서 용융된 용융물을 배출시키기 위한 제1통로부재(51a) 및 제2통로부재(51); 및상기 골분통, 상기 지지대, 상기 전기로를 감싸는 하우징;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유골의 결정체 제조장치.
- 제3항에서, 상기 전기로(54)의 상기 히터는 칸탈 봉을 사용하여 제작되며, 상기 전기로(54)의 상기 단열벽은 알루미나 코팅, 1차 고온단열재, 2차 고온단열재 및 지르코니아 벽돌로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유골의 결정체 제조장치.
- 골분 자동투입장치 및 골분을 담기 위한 골분통;하우징 외부에 설치된 고주파 발생기에 연결되며, 도가니가 넣어질 수 있도록 제작된 코아(59);코아를 지지하기 위한 코아 지지대(58)골분을 가열·용융시키기 위한 도가니(60);상기 도가니를 받치기 위한 도가니 받침대(61);외부로의 열 발산을 차단하기 위한 단열벽(62);상기 코아와 연결되며 하우징 외부에 위치한 회전 손잡이(63);상기 도가니에서 용융된 용융물을 냉각시키기 위한 제1통로부재(51a) 및 제2통로부재(51); 및상기 골분통, 단열벽, 지지대를 감싸는 하우징;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유골의 결정체 제조장치.
- 제3항 또는 제5항에서, 상기 제1통로부재(51a)에 상기 용융물을 냉각시키기 위한 냉각수단이 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유골의 결정체 제조장치.
