Claims (4)
- 야광 반사 경계블록을 제조함에 있어서, 통상의 콘크리트 경계블록의 배합비율에 의거하여 골재, 시멘트, 물, 혼화제 등을 혼합한 후 이를 경계블록의 형틀에 투입하여 진동시키면서 가압 성형하는 제 1공정; 선 공정의 골재비율에 30중량부 내지 80중량부까지 야광 처리한 분쇄 폐유리, 시멘트, 물, 혼화제 등을 혼합한 후 이를 경계블록의 형틀에 부어 선공정과 같이 가압 성형하는 제 2공정; 통상의 증기양생 또는 건조양생 방법에 의거하여 1차 양생시킨 후 노츨 표면을 연마하는 제 3공정; 이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 야광 반사 경계블록의 제조방법
- 제1항의 분쇄 폐유리를 처리하는 데 있어서, 야광 에폭시 수지를 코팅하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야광 반사 경계블록의 제조방법
- 제2항에 있어서, 야광 에폭시 수지라 함은 투명 에폭시 수지에 야광 안료를 3중량부 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야광 에폭시 수지 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 분쇄 폐유리의 입도가 10mm 체에서 90중량부 이상 통과하고, 1mm체에서 5중량부이하로 통과하는 크기의 것임을 특징으로 하는 분쇄 폐유리를 이용한 야광반사 경계블록의 제조방법
