Claims (17)
- 투사기(projector) 장치로서,관찰화면에서 물체에 의해 방출되어 특정 방향으로 상기 투사기 장치에 입사되는 열적외선 방사선을 검출하기 위한 수동(passive) 적외선 검출기와,가시광선 방사선을 방출하기 위한 방출기와,방출된 가시광선의 방향을 검출된 열적외선 방사선이 나오는 방향과 실질적으로 동일한 방향으로 향하도록 제어하기 위한 방출 비임 제어 수단을 포함하는 투사기 장치.
- 투사기 장치로서,상기 투사기 장치에 특정 방향으로 입사되는 제 1 의, 비가시적 파장의 웨이브 또는 방사선에 관한 방향 정보를 검출하기 위한 수동 검출기와,가시광선을 방출하기 위한 방출기와,방출된 가시광선의 방향을 검출된 웨이브나 비가시적 방사선이 나오는 방향과 실질적으로 동일한 방향으로 향하도록 제어하기 위한 방출 비임 제어 수단을 포함하는 투사기 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 방출기는 방출된 비임 패턴화장치를 구비하며, 상기 검출기는 관찰 화면에서 적외선 또는 제 1 파장으로 수동 검출되는물체의 횡단면 프로파일을 검출하고, 상기 방출기는 방출된 비임을 비임 패턴화장치에 의해 조절되는 가변 횡단면 프로파일로 방출하여 프로파일 또는 패턴을 적외선 또는 제 1 파장으로 매치시키고 등가의 가시광선 패턴을 관찰 화면에서 적외선 또는 제 1 파장 패턴 위에 중첩시키는 투사기 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방출된 비임을 검출된 물체와 정합(register)시키기 위해 광학 정렬 수단이 제공되며, 정렬 부재는 열적외선, 또는 제 1 파장 및 가시광선중 하나의 방사선에 대해 적어도 부분적으로 반사적이고, 열적외선, 또는 제 1 파장 및 가시광선중 나머지의 방사선에 대해 적어도 부분적으로 투과적인 투사기 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 정렬 부재는 비임 스플리터(splitter)를 포함하는 투사기 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 손잡이형 토치를 포함하는 투사기 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비임 패턴화장치는 방출기에 의해 방출된 영상을 제어하기 위한 삼차원 광 조절기(SLM)를 포함하는 투사기 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 삼차원 광 조절기는 방출된 가시광선 영상을 검출된 영상 열적외선, 또는 제 1 파장 방사선, 및 가시광선 소스와 정렬시키기 위한 정렬 부재에 또는 그 사이에 제공되는 투사기 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 검출기에 의해 생성된 신호들은 실질적으로 처리되지 않은채로 방출기로 이동되는 투사기 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가시광선에 민감한 센서와, 방향 또는 영상 검출기와, 방출기로서의 방향 또는 영상 투사기, 및투사기 장치에 대한 상당량의 가시광선 방사선의 소스인 관측 화면 영역을 식별하고 가시광선 방출기에 의한 조사를 위해 상기 영역을 선택해제하기 위한 선택해제(deselection) 제어 수단을 포함하는 투사기 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다수의 픽셀을 갖는 검출 촬영장치(imager)와, 실질적으로 동일한 개수의 픽셀을 갖는 영상을 투사하기 위한 방출기를 포함하는 투사기 장치.
- 관찰 화면의 열적 매핑을 시각적으로 표시하는 방법으로서,제 1 파장의 열 적외선 방사선을 수용하는 단계와,수용된 적외선 방사선을 사용하여 관찰 화면상으로의 가시 광선 투사를 제어하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 가시광선은 관찰 화면의 열적외선 맵을 비추고(mirrors) 오버레이하는 관찰화면상에 가시광선 패턴으로 투사되는 시각적 매핑 표시 방법.
- 관찰 화면에 대한 방향 및 강도 정보가 얻어지는 비가시적 정보 캐리어 도메인에서의 관찰 화면의 매핑을 시각적으로 표시하는 방법으로서,관찰 화면으로부터 비가시적 도메인 패턴을 검출하는 단계와,관찰 화면상에 등가의 대응 가시 광선 패턴을 투사하는 단계를 포함하며,관찰된 대응 비가시적 도메인 패턴상에 가시 광선 패턴이 중첩되는 시각적 매핑 표시 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 비가시적 도메인 패턴의 가시광선 패턴 조명을 수행하도록 사용자에게 손잡이형 토치를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 시각적 매핑 표시 방법.
- 야간 주행의 안전성을 향상시키는 방법으로서,제 12 항 내지 제 14 항중 어느 한 항의 매핑 표시 방법에 의해 작동하는 가시광선 투사기를 차량에 장착하는 단계와,관측 화면내의 열적 물체를 가시광선으로 조사하는 단계를 포함하는 야간 주행 안전성 향상 방법.
