Abstract

    상기 하우징의 말단 단부로부터 연장하며 적어도 하나의 조우 팁을 포함하는 조우 장치;
    상기 수술 클립을 상기 클립 공급면으로부터 조우 장치로 진행시키기 위해 상기 하우징내에 배치된 클립 구동기; 및
    상기 조우 장치의 부분을 따라 하우징의 말단 단부로부터 연장하며 상기 조우 장치를 사전-로드시키도록 상기 부분을 지지하므로써 수술 클립이 클립 공급면으로부터 조우 장치로 적절하게 진행될 수 있도록 상기 클립 공급면과 일직선으로 상기 조우 장치를 유지시키는 지지면(backing surface);
    을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클립 인가 조립체.

  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 상승 접합부 곡면은 상기 지지면이 상기 조우 장치를 사전-로드시키도록 상기 부분을 지지하기 위해서 상기 지지면에 다양한 두께로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 지지면의 다양한 두께는 클립 공급면에 가장 가까운 제 1 두께와 적어도 하나의 조우 팁에 가장 가까운 제 2 두께를 포함하며, 제 2 두께가 제 1 두께보다더 두꺼운것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 조우 장치는 상기 하우징의 말단 단부로부터 일정 각도로 연장하고 상기 상승 접합부 곡면은 기울기를 갖는 상부면을 포함하며, 상기 상부면의 기울기는 상기 조우 장치를 사전-로드하도록 상기 부분을 지지하기 위해서 외견상 적어도 조우 팁쪽으로 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조우 장치는 적어도 하나의 조우 쇼울더를 더 포함하며, 상기 지지면은 상기 조우 쇼울더와 접촉하지 않으며 상기 조우 쇼울더이후 적어도 조우 팁쪽으로 상기 조우 장치의 부분을 지지하도록 조우 쇼울더 주위에서 곡선을 이루는 곡선 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 조우 쇼울더는 만곡을 이루며 상기 곡선 부분은 상기 만곡진 조우 쇼울더 주위에서 곡선을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조우 장치는 제 1 조우 팁과 제 1 조우 쇼울더를 갖는 제 1 근접 레그와 제 1 말단 레그, 및 제 2 조우 팁과 제 2 조우 쇼울더를 갖는 제 2 근접 레그와 제 2 말단 레그를 더 포함하며, 제 1 조우 쇼울더는 제 1 근접 및 말단 레그 사이에 규정되며, 제 2 조우 쇼울더는 제 2 근접 및 말단 레그 사이에 규정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 지지면은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 말단 레그를 사전-로드하도록 상기 지지면으로부터 상기 조우 장치의 제 1 및 제 2 말단 레그로 돌출하는 상승 접합부 곡면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 상승 접합부 곡면은 제 1 및 제 2 스탠션을 더 포함하며, 상기 상승 접합부 곡면의 제 1 스탠션은 제 1 말단 레그를 사전-로드하며 상승 접합부 곡면의 제 2 스탠션은 제 2 말단 레그를 사전-로드하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 지지면은 제 1 조우 쇼울더와 접촉하지 않으며 상기 조우 쇼울더 이후 제 1 조우 팁쪽으로 상기 조우 장치의 부분을 지지하고 그리고 제 2 조우 쇼울더와 접촉하지 않으며 제 2 조우 쇼울더 이후 제 2 조우 팁쪽으로 상기 조우 장치의 부분을 지지하도록 제1 및 제 2 조우 쇼울더 주위에서 곡선을이루는 곡선 부분을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 상반부와 하반부를 더 포함하며, 상기 지지면은 상기 조우 장치를 사전-로드하도록 상기 하반부에서 하우징의 말단 단부로부터 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  13. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조우 장치는 상기 클립 공급면으로부터 수술 클립을 수신하기에 적합한 적어도 하나의 클립 트랙을 더 포함하며, 상기 지지면은 상기 부분을 따라 연장하며 상기 조우 장치를 사전-로드하도록 상기 부분을 지지하므로써 상기 클립 공급면과 일직선으로 상기 조우 장치의 클립 트랙을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  14. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 클립 공급면의 제 1 및 제 2 브랜치사이에 배치되는 클립 구동기용 가이드 트랙을 규정하여 상기 클립 구동기가 중앙에 위치되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  15. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조우 장치는 상기 하우징의 말단 단부로부터 상향으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  16. 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 지지면은 상기 조우 장치의 하면을 따라 하우징의말단 단부로부터 연장하며 상기 조우 장치를 사전-로드하도록 상기 하면을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  17. 제 1 항에 있어서, 수술 클립을 상기 클립 공급면으로부터 조우 장치로 전진시키도록 클립 구동기를 작동시키기 위해서 손잡이부 및 상기 손잡이부에 배치된 방아쇠부와 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  18. 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이부와 방아쇠부는 상기 하우징에 대해 회전가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  19. 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이부와 하우징 사이에 배치되는 지지 샤프트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  20. 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 근접 단부는 상기 손잡이부와의 연결을 위해 상기 지지 샤프트에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  21. 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 지지면은 수술 클립의 인가중에 신체 조직을 수용하기 위해 제 1 및 제 2 스탠션사이에 배치되는 그루브를 규정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
  22. 신체 조직에 인가하기 위한 수술 클립;
    근접 및 말단 단부를 가지며, 상기 말단 단부에 인접하여 클립 공급면을 규정하는 세장 하우징;
    상기 하우징의 말단 단부로부터 연장하며 적어도 하나의 조우 팁을 포함하는 조우 장치;
    상기 수술 클립을 클립 공급면으로부터 조우 장치로 전진시키기 위해 상기 하우징내에 배치되는 클립 구동기; 및
    상기 조우 장치의 부분을 따라 하우징의 말단 단부로부터 연장하며 상기 조우 장치를 사전-로드하도록 상기 부분을 지지하므로써 상기 수술 클립이 수술 클립면으로부터 조우 장치로 적절하게 전진될 수 있도록 상기 클립 공급면과 일직선으로 상기 조우 장치를 유지하는 지지면
    을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클립 인가 조립체.
