Claims (8)
- - 변환기는 표면파의 전파 방향으로 연속으로 배열되고 길이(λ)를 갖는 n개의 기본 셀로 형성되며, 이때 상기 λ는 상기 변환기의 중심 주파수에 상응하는 파장이며,- 여기 작용을 하는 기본 셀 및 반사 작용을 하는 기본 셀이 존재하며,- 상기 변환기 내에 제공된 개별 기본 셀의 반사값은 강도(mR0)에 상응하며, 이때 상기 m은 -2, -1, 0, 1 또는 2를 취할 수 있고 R0는 기준 반사값이며,- 상기 변환기 내에 제공된 기본 셀의 0과 다른 각각의 반사값이 동일한 위상 관계인를 가지며,- 여기 작용을 하는 모든 기본 셀의 여기가 위상 관계 및 여기 강도에 있어서 동일하며,- 여기 작용을 하는 모든 기본 셀에서 여기 작용 핑거의 수가 동일하며,- 여기 작용 및 반사 작용이 한 반향으로는 동일 위상이지만, 반대 방향으로는 역상이 되도록 제공된, 최적의 반사력을 갖는 표면파 필터용 변환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,여기 작용을 하는 기본 셀 마다 도체 레일에 접속되는 개별 전극 핑거가 정확하게 하나씩 제공되며, 상기 전극 핑거는 기본 셀에 제공된, 하나 또는 나머지다수의 전극 핑거와는 다른 핑거 폭과 핑거 위치를 갖도록 제공된 변환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,여기 작용을 하는 기본 셀 마다 각각 2개의 전극 핑거로 이루어진 그룹이 공통의 도체 레일에 연결되며, 상기 도체 레일은 상기 그룹 내에서 각각 상이한 핑거 폭 및 λ/4 와 다른 핑거 중심 폭을 갖도록 제공된 변환기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 여기 작용을 하는 기본 셀 내에서 여기 중심과 반사 중심 간의 간격이 3/8 λ이 되도록 제공된 변환기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전극 핑거의 핑거 폭 및 상기 전극 핑거의 간격이 횡방향으로 상승하도록 제공된 변환기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,포커싱 기능을 갖도록 형성되고 휘어진 에지를 갖는 전극 핑거를 갖도록 제공된 변환기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,각각의 기본 셀에서 상기 전극 핑거의 전체 폭 및 간격이 상이하도록 제공된 변환기.
- 낮은 삽입 손실 및 연장된 펄스 응답을 갖는 ZF 필터용으로 사용되는 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 따른 변환기의 용도.
