Claims (14)
- Z-형 페라이트, Y-형 페라이트 또는 W-형 페라이트를 주상(主相)으로 함유하는 연자성 육방정 페라이트 입자 100 중량부;탄산바륨 입자, 탄산스트론튬 입자 또는 이들의 혼합물 0.3 내지 10 중량부; 및이산화규소 입자 0.1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 연자성 육방정 페라이트 복합 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균 입경이 0.1 내지 30 ㎛이고, BET 표면적이 0.1 내지 40 m2/g이고, 포화 자화가 20 내지 60 Am2/㎏이고, 보자력이 0.50 내지 50 kA/m인 연자성 육방정 페라이트 복합 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, Z-형 페라이트를 주상으로 함유하는 연자성 육방정 페라이트 입자는 산화물로 계산하여 AO (식 중, A는 Ba, Sr 또는 Ba-Sr임)를 15 내지 25 몰%, Me1O (식 중, Me1은 Co와 Ni, Zn, Cu, Mg 및 Mn으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이며, 단 Co 함량은 Me1의 총량을 기준으로 30 몰% 이상임)를 5 내지 15 몰%, 및 Fe2O3을 65 내지 75 몰%의 양으로 포함하고; Y-형 페라이트를 주상으로 함유하는 연자성 육방정 페라이트 입자는 산화물로 계산하여 AO (식 중, A는 Ba, Sr 또는 Ba-Sr임)를 10 내지 30 몰%, Me2O (식 중, Me2는 Ni, Zn, Cu, Mg 및 Mn으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소임)를 10 내지 30 몰%, 및 Fe2O3을 55 내지 65 몰%의 양으로 포함하고; W-형 페라이트를 주상으로 함유하는 연자성 육방정 페라이트 입자는 산화물로 계산하여 AO (식 중, A는 Ba, Sr 또는 Ba-Sr임)를 5 내지 14 몰%, Me1O (식 중, Me1은 Co와 Ni, Zn, Cu, Mg 및 Mn으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이며, 단 Co 함량은 Me1의 총량을 기준으로 30 몰% 이상임)을 10 내지 30 몰%, 및 Fe2O3을 65 내지 80 몰%의 양으로 포함하는, 연자성 육방정 페라이트 복합 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄산바륨 입자, 탄산스트론튬 입자 또는 이들의 혼합물의 양은 연자성 육방정 페라이트 입자 100 중량부를 기준으로 1 내지 10 중량부이고, 이산화규소 입자의 양은 연자성 육방정 페라이트 입자 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.5 내지 5 중량부인, 연자성 육방정 페라이트 복합 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연자성 육방정 페라이트 입자 100 중량부를 기준으로 1 내지 20 중량부의 산화비스무트 입자 및 0.3 내지 7 중량부의 산화구리 입자를 더 포함하는, 연자성 육방정 페라이트 복합 입자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 탄산바륨 입자, 탄산스트론튬 입자 또는 이들의 혼합물의 양은 연자성 육방정 페라이트 입자 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.3 내지 7 중량부이고, 이산화규소 입자의 양은 연자성 육방정 페라이트 입자 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.1 내지 5 중량부인, 연자성 육방정 페라이트 복합 입자.
- 제1항에 따른 연자성 육방정 페라이트 복합 입자 및 결합제를 포함하는 그린 시트.
- 제5항에 따른 연자성 육방정 페라이트 복합 입자 및 결합제를 포함하는 그린 시트.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 연자성 육방정 페라이트 복합 입자 100 중량부 및 결합제 2 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 그린 시트.
- 제1항에 따른 연자성 육방정 페라이트 복합 입자를 성형체로 성형한 후 이 성형체를 소성시킴으로써 제조된, 소결 밀도가 5.0 ×103㎏/m3이상이고 체적 고유 저항이 1 ×106Ωm 이상이고 400 ㎒에서 투자율의 허수부가 1 이하인 연자성 육방정 페라이트 소결 세라믹.
- 제5항에 따른 연자성 육방정 페라이트 복합 입자를 성형체로 성형한 후 이 성형체를 소성시킴으로써 제조된, 소결 밀도가 5.0 ×103㎏/m3이상이고 체적 고유 저항이 1 ×106Ωm 이상이고 400 ㎒에서 투자율의 허수부가 1 이하인 연자성 육방정 페라이트 소결 세라믹.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 소결 밀도가 5.0 ×103내지 5.3 ×103㎏/m3이고 체적 고유 저항이 1 ×106내지 5 ×109Ωm이고 400 ㎒에서 투자율의 허수부가 0.7 이하인 연자성 육방정 페라이트 소결 세라믹.
- 제7항에 따른 그린 시트를 적층시킨 후 얻어진 적층체를 소성시킴으로써 제조되는, 소결 밀도가 5.0 ×103㎏/m3이상이고 체적 고유 저항이 1 ×106Ωm 이상이고 400 ㎒에서 투자율의 허수부가 1 이하인 연자성 육방정 페라이트 소결 세라믹.
- 제8항에 따른 그린 시트를 적층시킨 후 얻어진 적층체를 소성시킴으로써 제조되는, 소결 밀도가 5.0 ×103㎏/m3이상이고 체적 고유 저항이 1 ×106Ωm 이상이고 400 ㎒에서 투자율의 허수부가 1 이하인 연자성 육방정 페라이트 소결 세라믹.
