Claims (2)
- 투명 기판과;상기 기판상에 제 1 방향으로 형성되며, 리페어용 홀을 가지는 다수 개의 게이트 배선과;상기 게이트 배선과 절연되고, 상기 리페어용 홀을 덮으며 교차되는 제 2 방향으로 형성되어 화소 영역을 정의하는 다수 개의 데이터 배선과;상기 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선과 연결되어 게이트 전극, 소스 및 드레인 전극을 가지는 박막 트랜지스터와;상기 화소 영역에 위치하며, 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되어 형성된 화소전극을 포함하며,상기 게이트 배선과 게이트 전극의 연결부로서, 상기 리페어용 홀과 인접한 한 변은 상기 리페어용 홀과 대응하는 위치보다 내부로 들어간 오목부이고, 다른 한 변은 외부로 일정간격 돌출된 볼록부로 이루어진 게이트 목을 더 포함하는 액정표시장치용 어레이 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 목의 오목부와 볼록부 간의 너비는 상기 게이트 전극의 너비와같은 액정표시장치용 어레이 기판.
