Description
Claims (12)
- 어레이(Array)기판위에 화소전극과 상대전극이 형성되고, 색띰제거를 위해 한 써브화소내에 꺽쇠모양이나 써브화소별 /모양과 \모양을 번갈아 형성한 전극구조에서, 러빙향향과 노이즈 필드방향이 일치하여 노이즈 필드가 작용하더라도 러빙향으로 배열된 양의 액정분자가 편광판의 편광축과 이격되지 않아 누설광이 발생하지 않음으로인해 노이즈 필드가 발생되는 버스라인위의 상판BM이 좁게 형성되거나 제거한 것을 특징으로 하는 개구율이 향상된 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상대전극은 1st ITO로 이루어진 박스 형태이고, 화소전극은 2nd ITO를 패터닝하여 한 써브화소내에 꺽쇠모양이나 써브화소별 /모양과 \모양을 번갈아 형성한 FFS 모드구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한 개구율이 향상된 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상대전극과 화소전극을 불투명금속으로 형성하고, 상대전극과 화소전극을 각각 패터닝하여 한 써브화소내에 꺽쇠모양이나 써브화소별 /모양과 \모양을 번갈아 형성한 IPS 모드구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한 개구율이 향상된 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 러빙방향이 게이트 버스라인에 수평일 때 노이즈 필드는데이터 버스라인과 상대전극과, 데이터 버스라인과 화소전극간중 어느 한 지점에 형성되게 하여 상판 BM을 데이터 버스라인 위에 좁게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 개구율이 향상된 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 러빙방향이 게이트 버스라인에 수평일 때 상판 BM을 완전히 제거하여 투과율을 높이는 것을 특징으로 하는 개구율이 향상된 액정표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상판 BM의 폭이 데이터 버스라인을 사이에 두고 형성되는 상대전극과 상대전극간의 거리보다는 작거나 같을 정도인 21㎛이하 인 것을 특징으로 하는 개구율이 향상된 액정표시장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상판 BM의 폭이 6㎛이하 인 것을 특징으로 하는 개구율이 향상된 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 러빙방향이 게이트 버스라인에 수직일 때 노이즈 필드는 게이트 버스라인과 상대전극 혹은 화소전극간에 형성되며 상판 BM은 게이트 버스라인위에 게이트 버스라인폭보다 같거나 작게은 30㎛이하로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 개구율이 향상된 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 러빙방향이 게이트 버스라인에 수직일 때 상판 BM을 제거하여 투과율을 향상시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 개구율이 향상된 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상하 기판간의 러빙방향은 안티 패러렐(Anti-Parallel이나 또는 패러렐(Parallel)중 어느 한 방향으로 러빙된 것을 특징으로 하는 개구율이 향상된 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하부기판의 배면에 위치한 편광판의 편광축은 하부 기판의 러빙방향과 일치하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 개구율이 향상된 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상부기판의 배면에 위치한 편광판의 편광축은 하부 편광판의 편광축과 크로스된 것을 특징으로 하는 개구율이 향상된 액정표시장치.
