Claims (3)
- 카운터 전극과, 상기 카운터 전극과 오버랩되는 화소 전극과, 상기 카운터 전극과 상기 화소 전극 사이에 개재된 게이트 절연막을 포함하는 프린지 필드 구동 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 카운터 전극은 사각 플레이트 형상을 가지고,상기 화소 전극은 쐐기 형상 구조를 가지며, 상기 쐐기 형상의 화소전극은 이웃한 쐐기 형상과 반대 방향으로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 프린지 필드 구동 액정표시장치.
- 카운터 전극과, 상기 카운터 전극과 오버랩되는 화소 전극과, 상기 카운터 전극과 상기 화소 전극 사이에 개재된 게이트 절연막을 포함하는 프린지 필드 구동 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 카운터 전극은 사각 플레이트 형상을 가지고,상기 화소 전극은 원형 슬릿 형상 구조를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 프린지 필드 구동 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 원형 슬릿 형상은 서로 다른 크기를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 프린지 필드 구동 액정표시장치.
