눈언저리에 생기는 울혈은 혈액체류형, 형태형, 색소침착형 등 3가지로 크게 나누어진다. 그 가운데 울혈이 생기는 가장 큰 이유로 여겨지는 것은 혈액체류, 피로, 스트레스 등이 크게 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 일본의 가네보 화장품연구소의 연구보고에 의하면, 울혈이 있는 사람의 경우 눈 주위 얇은 피부에 혈액이 뭉쳐져 있어 혈류량이 많아 혈류속도가 지체되는 것을 확인했다고 보고된 바 있다. 따라서 본 발명에 따른 매실의 다알코올류 추출물을 주성분으로 함유하는 화장품 조성물의 혈행촉진효과를 입증하기 위하여 다음과 같은 실험을 행하였다.Congestion that occurs in the corner of the eye is divided into three types of blood retention, morphology, pigmentation type. 상기 실시예 2에 의하여 본 발명에 의한 크림을 제조한 후, 이 크림을 연령 20∼25세의 여성 20명을 실험대상으로 하고, 그 실험대상자 20명의 안면 눈부위의 피부에 상기의 크림(매실의 다알코올 추출물 10중량% 함유) 약 1g씩을 바른 후 5분정도 경과된 다음, 혈류량측정기(모델명 : moorLAB, 영국)로 눈 주위의 혈류량을 측정하였으며, 이것을 크림을 바르기 전의 혈류량과 비교하였다. 혈류량 비교의 결과, 본 발명의 크림을 바르기 전에는 평균 혈류량이 12 이었던데 반하여, 본 발명의 크림을 바른 후에는 평균 혈류량이 17이었으므로, 본 발명의 크림을 사용한 경우 그 사용 전에 비교하여 약 40%정도의 평균 혈류량이 증가하였다. 도 1은 상기 실시예 11에 의한 혈행촉진 효과를 그래프로 도시한 것이다.After preparing the cream according to the present invention according to Example 2, the cream was used as a test subject for 20 women aged 20 to 25 years, and the cream (plum) was applied to the skin of the facial eye area of 20 subjects.
