Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 영상장치로 측정된 선택된 색을 맞추기 위한 색 공식 결정방법:a) 전자 영상장치는 각각의 보정 색의 비색 데이타가 알려진 적어도 2개의 보정 색의 색 신호를 측정하여 보정되고;b) 동시에 또는 다음 단계에서 선택된 색이 전자 영상장치를 이용해서 측정되고;c) 수리적 모델을 사용하여, 변수가 보정 색의 측정된 색 신호를 공지된 비색 데이타로 변환하기 위해 계산되고;d) 수리적 모델 및 계산된 변수를 사용하여, 측정된 선택 색의 색 신호가 비색 데이타로 변환되고; 및e) 데이타뱅크를 사용하여, 비색 데이타가 측정된 선택 색의 계산된 비색 데이타와 가장 가깝게 맞는 색 공식을 결정한다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보정 색이 전체 비색 색 범위에 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 공식 결정방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 보정 색이 선택된 색의 부근에 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 공식 결정방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 하나 이상의 항에서,상기 선택된 색의 부근에서의 보정 색이 모델 변수를 계산할 때 더 큰 가중치를 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 공식 결정방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 하나 이상의 항에서,상기 전자 영상장치가 평판 스캐너인 것을 특징으로 하는 색 공식 결정방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 하나 이상의 항에서,상기 전자 영상장치가 디지털 카메라인 것을 특징으로 하는 색 공식 결정방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 하나 이상의 항에서,상기 보정 색 및 선택된 색의 측정이 동시에 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 공식 결정방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 하나 이상의 항에서,조직 변수가 선택된 색의 기록에서 계산될 수 있고 데이타뱅크를 이용하여 조직 변수가 측정된 선택 색의 계산된 조직 변수를 가장 가깝게 맞는 것이 결정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 공식 결정방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,룰러가 보정 패턴에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 공식 결정방법.
- 하기에서 선택된 색 및/또는 선택된 물질의 조직을 맞추기 위한 조직 및/또는 색 공식 결정방법:a) 선택된 물질의 색이 분광광도계 또는 삼자극치계로 측정되고;b) 선택된 물질의 조직이 전자 영상장치로 측정되고; 및c) 측정된 색 및 조직 데이타가 데이타 뱅크에서, 비색 데이타 및 조직 데이타가 선택된 물질의 그것을 가장 가깝게 맞추는 조직 및/또는 색 공식을 결정하는데 사용된다.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 하나 이상의 항에서,상기 방법이 자동차 수리 산업에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 하나 이상의 항에서,추가의 정보가 전자 영상장치로 선택된 색의 기록 동안 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표준 색 샘플과 비교되어지는 전자 영상장치로 측정된 선택 색의 색 차이 결정방법:a) 전자 영상장치는 각각의 보정 색의 비색 데이타가 알려진 적어도 2개의 보정 색의 색 신호를 측정하여 보정되고;b) 동시에 또는 다음 단계에서 선택된 색이 전자 영상장치를 이용해서 측정되고;c) 수리적 모델을 사용하여, 변수가 보정 색의 측정된 색 신호를 공지된 비색 데이타로 변환하기 위해 계산되고;d) 수리적 모델 및 계산된 변수를 사용하여, 측정된 선택 색의 색 신호가 비색 데이타로 변환되고; 및e) 선택된 색의 비색 데이타가 표준 색 샘플의 비색 데이타와 비교된다.
