Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 전자 촬상 장치로 측정된 선택 색을 매칭하기 위해 색 처방(colour formula)을 결정하는 방법으로서,하기 단계들 (a) 내지 (e)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 처방 방법:(a) 각각의 비색 데이타(colorimetric data)가 공지되어 있는 2개 이상의 보정 색(calibration colour)의 색 신호를 측정함으로써 전자 촬상 장치를 보정하는 단계;(b) 상기 (a) 단계와 동시에 또는 그 다음 단계에서, 전자 촬상 장치를 사용하여 선택 색을 측정하는 단계;(c) 수학적 모델을 사용하여, 보정 색의 측정된 색 신호를 공지된 비색 데이타로 변환하기 위한 매개변수를 계산하는 단계;(d) 수학적 모델 및 계산된 매개변수를 사용하여, 측정된 선택 색의 색 신호를 비색 데이타로 변환시키는 단계; 및(e) 측정된 선택 색의 계산된 비색 데이타와 가장 가깝게 매칭되는 비색 데이타를 가지는 색 처방을 데이타뱅크를 사용하여 결정하는 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보정 색이 비색 색 공간(colorimetric colour space) 전반에 걸쳐 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 처방 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보정 색이 선택 색의 부근에 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 처방 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,모델 매개변수를 계산할 때 상기 선택 색의 부근에서의 보정 색은 더 큰 가중치를 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 처방 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전자 촬상 장치는 평판 스캐너(flatbed scanner)인 것을 특징으로 하는 색 처방 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전자 촬상 장치는 디지털 카메라인 것을 특징으로 하는 색 처방 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보정 색 및 선택 색의 측정이 동시에 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 처방 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,선택 색의 기록으로부터 텍스쳐 매개변수가 계산되고, 측정된 선택 색의 계산된 텍스쳐 매개변수와 가장 가깝게 매치되는 텍스쳐 매개변수를 갖는 색 처방이 데이타뱅크를 이용하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 처방 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,룰러(ruler)를 보정 패턴(calibration pattern)에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 처방 방법.
- 선택된 물질의 선택 색 및/또는 텍스쳐를 매칭하기 위한 텍스쳐 및/또는 색 처방을 결정하는 방법으로서,하기 단계 (a) 내지 (c)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 처방 방법:(a) 선택된 물질의 색을 분광광도계(spectrophotometer) 또는 삼자극치계(tri-stimulus meter)를 사용하여 측정하는 단계;(b) 선택된 물질의 텍스쳐를 전자 촬상 장치를 사용하여 측정하는 단계; 및(c) 측정된 색 및 텍스쳐 데이타를 사용하여, 선택된 물질의 비색 데이타 및 텍스쳐 데이타에 가장 잘 매치되는 비색 데이타 및 텍스쳐 데이타를 갖는 텍스쳐 및/또는 색 처방을 데이타뱅크에서 결정하는 단계.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항, 및 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 방법을 자동차 수리 산업에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 처방 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 및 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,전자 촬상 장치에 의한 선택 색의 기록 중에 추가의 정보를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색 처방 방법.
