Claims (5)
- 순환유동층 싸이클론 도입도관에 있어서,상기 싸이클론 도입도관내에 유체의 흐름을 조절하고 각도를 변형할 수 있는 공기분산노즐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 싸이클론 도입도관에서의 클링커 방지 및 공기분산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공기분산노즐은 상기 공기분산노즐군마다 각각의 공기상자를 보유하여 공기 유량 및 유속의 조절이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 싸이클론 도입도관에서의 클링커 방지 및 공기분산 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공기분산노즐은 소정 형태로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 싸이클론 도입도관에서의 클링커 방지 및 공기분산 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공기분산노즐의 노즐코의 높이는 상기 싸이클론 도입도관의 바닥을 기준으로 소정의 각이 되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 싸이클론 도입도관에서의 클링커 방지 및 공기분산 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공기분산노즐의 횡방향 공기 분사 각도는 유체의 흐름을 원활하게 하도록 유체의 흐름에 대해 소정의 각을 이루어 상기 공기분산노즐을 배열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 싸이클론 도입도관에서의 클링커 방지 및 공기분산 장치.
