Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 다이 보드에 슬롯들을 만들어 내는 회전 절삭 공구에 있어서,제1 외부 직경을 한정하는 상부 절삭 부분 및 상기 제1 절삭 부분으로 부터 연장하며 상기 제1 절삭 부분과 동축을 이루는 제2 외부 직경을 한정하는 하부 절삭 부분을 포함하며, 상기 제2 절삭 부분은 대체로 원통형인 외주면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 절삭 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 절삭 부분은 상기 제1 외부 직경에서 상기 제2 외부 직경까지 점진적으로 감소하는 직경을 갖는 테이퍼진 면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 절삭 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 절삭 부분은 각각 대체로 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 절삭 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 절삭 부분 각각은 각각의 절삭 부분에 대하여 대칭으로 이격된 최소한 2개의 플루트에 의해 부분적으로 한정되며, 상기 플루트 각각은 절삭 에지를 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 절삭 공구.
