Claims (1)
- 플라스틱퓨얼필러넥의 필러파이프(도1-5)와 벤트파이프(도1-6)는 4가지사양 및 기타 구성부품을 발명하였고 설명은 아래와 같다.사양 1) 필러파이프(도1-5)가 엘라스토머(ELASTOMER)를 함유한 폴리아마이드(POLYAMIDE)로 미리 결정된 길이의 페리슨(PARISON)을 압출하고, 만들고자하는 제품의 3차원 외각형상이 가공되어진 금형에 안착 밀폐시킨 후 금형 안쪽의 튜브형 파이프 안쪽에 압축된 액체를 불러넣어 블로우몰딩(BLOW-MOULDING)하는 공법으로 생산되며, 필러파이프주름부위(도1-7)는 충분한 유연성을 갖도록 엘라스토머를 많이 함유하고 있어 연료 탱크에 조립이 용이하도록 되어있다. 따라서, 필러파이프(도1-5)는 딱딱한 물성과 유연한 물성의 서로 다른 폴리아마이드 재료를 사용하여 필러파이프(도1-5)와 필러파이프주름부위(도1-7)를 일체화 한 것이 특징이며, 벤트파이프(도1-6)는 현재 공법인 압출 블로우 주름파이프를 적용 함.사양 2) 사양 1)의 필러파이프(도1-5) 사양과 동일하며, 벤트파이프(도1-6)의 사양 또한 벤트파이프주름부위(도1-8)는 충분한 유연성을 갖도록 엘라스토머를 함유하고 있어 연료 탱크에 조립이 용이하도록 되어 있다. 따라서 벤트파이프(도1-6)는 딱딱한 물성과 유연한 물성의 서로 다른 폴리아마이드 재료를 사용하여 벤트파이프(도1-6)와 벤트파이프주름부위(도1-8)를 일체화한 것으로 필러파이프(도1-5)와 벤트파이프(도1-6)의 사양이 같은 것이 특징이다.사양 3) 필러파이프(도1-5)와 벤트파이프(도1-6)의 사양은 사양 2)와 같으나, 필러파이프(도1-5)와 벤트파이프(도1-6)가 일체형으로 동시에 성형되며,보강용 리브(도1-16)가 추가된 것이 사양 2)와 비교해서 특징 임.사양 4) 필러파이프(도1-5)와 벤트파이프(도1-6)가 일체형이며, 보강용 리브(도1-16)가 추가 된 것은 사양 3)과 같으나, 딱딱한 물성의 한가지 재질로 제작되어 필러파이프주름부위(도1-7)와 필러파이프(도1-5)가 분리되고, 벤트파이프주름부위(도1-8)와 벤트파이프(도1-6)가 분리되며, 필러파이프주름부위(도1-7)와 벤트파이프주름부위(도1-8)는 현재 공법인 압출 블로우 주름파이프로 생산되어 각각 필러파이프(도1-5)와 벤트파이프(도1-6)에 조립 후 오버몰딩 공법인 인써트 사출로 결합시킨 것이 사양 3)과 비교해서 특징이다.벤트파이프(도1-6)의 익스펜션 탱크(EXPANSION TANK)(도1-10)는 벤트파이프(도1-6)와 일체형 또는 분리하여 적용할 수 있으며, 필러파이프(도1-5)를 통한 연료의 유입 시 역류를 방지하는 기능을 갖는 특징이 있다.필러튜브(도1-2)에 필러파이프(도1-5)의 끝단부(도1-5b)와 벤트파이프(도1-6)의 끝단(도1-6b)을 조립 후 조립품을 기밀유지 및 고정을 위한 방법으로 오버몰딩(OVER MOLDING) 공법인 인써트 사출로 결합시키는 메인조인트링(도1-3)과 스몰조인트링(도1-4)이 특징이다.플렙밸브(도1-12)는 리테이너(도1-11)에 조립되어 캡홀더(도1-1)와 필러튜브(도1-2) 사이에 조립되며, 캡홀더(도1-1)와 필러튜브(도1-2)는 마찰열을 이용한 진동 융착으로 결합 시킨다.마운팅부씽(도1-15)은 필러튜브(도1-2)에 강제 압입 방법으로 조립되어 자동차 차체에 볼트로 고정한다.
