Abstract

금박 또는 은박을 비누분 뭉치에 도포하고 투명 비누속에 넣어 만든 비누이다.

비누{.}
투명비누에 금박을 한 비누분뭉치(2.2')와 은박을 한 비누분뭉치(3.3') 및 유색 비누분뭉치(4.4')를 구조하여 비누를 사용하면서 금속의 함유상태를 쉽게 볼 수 있고 각 뭉치에 향과 금속의 콜로이드를 섞어 구조함으로써 다양한 기능을 갖게함이다.
종래비누는 금박 또는 은박조각을 넣어 단순제조 되었다.
각기 다른향과 콜로이드 성분이 함유되고 금박 또는 은박이 도포되어 비누 제조과정에서 함유 고형화 시키는데 있다.

시각적인 면에서 매우 보기가 좋을뿐 더러 각 비누성분 뭉치에서 발생되는 향과 콜로이드로 피부의 살균 소독기능과 세포재생 효과가 있다.

  1. 투명 그리세린 비누(1)에 금용액과 비누분, 향료와 색소를 넣어 원, 타원등으로 고형화하여 금박을 도포한 (2.2')것과 은용액과 비누분, 향료, 색소를 넣어 원, 타원등으로 고형화 하여 은박을 도포한것(3.3')과 향료, 비누분, 색소, 피부보호제등을 넣어 원, 타원으로 고형화한 뭉치(4.4')를 -10°~0°로 냉각하여 투명비누 성형전에 교반하여 성형하는 비누.
