스티어링컬럼(2)과 스티어링덮개(4) 사이에 설치되는 브레이크밴드(6)와, 브레이크밴드(6)의 한쪽 끝에 설치되는 고정돌기(16)와, 스티어링덮개(4)에 설치되고 고정돌기(16) 를 고정시키는 고정부(18)와, 브레이크밴드(6)의 다른쪽 끝에 설치되는 이동돌기(12)와, 이동돌기(12)와 회전축(14)을 통하여 연결되는 스텝모터(8)와, 스텝모터(8)와 연결되는 시동스위치(10)를 포함하는 차량도난방지장치를 제공한다.

차량도난방지장치
제1도는 본 고안 차량도난방지장치의 일실시예가 적용된 스티어링컬럼을 나타내는 단면도.

[산업상의 이용분야]
본 고안은 차량도난방지장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 스티어링막대를 고정하는 것에 의한 차량도난방지에 관한 것이다.
[종래의 기술]
종래의 차량도난방지장치는 정확한 자동차키를 사용하지 않거나 사람이 자동차에 접촉할 때에, 경보음이 울리게 되어 있다.
상기한 경보음이 울리는 차량도난방지장치에 의하면, 자동차의 옆을 지나가다 실수로 접촉하였을 경우에도 경보음이 울리게 되고, 운전자가 근처에 없었을 경우에는 오랫동안 경보음이 울림에 의하여 주변에 소음으로 기능하게 된다.
[과제를 해결하기 위한 수단]
상기와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 고안이 강구한 수단은 스티어링컬럼과 스티어링덮개 사이에 설치되는 브레이크밴드와, 상기한 브레이크밴드의 한쪽 끝에 설치되는 고정돌기와, 스티어링덮개에 설치되고 상기한 고정돌기를 고정시키는 고정부와, 상기한 브레이크밴드의 다른쪽 끝에 설치되는 이동돌기와, 상기한 이동돌기와 회전축을 통하여 연결되는 스텝모터와, 상기한 스텝모터와 연결되는 시동스위치를 포함하는 차량도난방지장치를 제공하는 것이다.
[기능 및 작용]
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안 차량도난방지장치는 운전자가 시동스위치를 정지위치로 하면, 스텝모터가 회전하여 회전축을 전진시키게 되고, 회전축이 브레이크밴드의 이동돌기를 밀고 브레이크밴드의 한쪽은 고정돌기에 의해 고정되어 있으므로 브레이크밴드가 스티어링컬럼에 밀착된다.
운전자가 시동스위치를 작동위치로 하면, 스텝모터가 반대로 회전하여 회전축을 후진시키고, 브레이크밴드는 스티어링컬럼에서 분리된다.
[실시예]
다음으로 본 고안 차량도난방지장치의 가장 바람직한 실시예를 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다.
먼저 제1도에 나타낸 바와 같이, 본 고안 차량도난방지장치의 일실시예는 스티어링컬럼(2)과 스티어링덮개(4) 사이에 설치되는 브레이크밴드(6)와, 상기한 브레이크밴드(6)의 한쪽 끝에 설치되는 고정돌기(16)와, 스티어링덮개(4)에 설치되고 상기한 고정돌기(16)를 고정시키는 고정부(18)와, 상기한 브레이크밴드(6)의 다른쪽 끝에 설치되는 이동돌기(12)와, 상기한 이동돌기(12)와 회전축(14)을 통하여 연결되는 스텝모터(8)와, 상기한 스텝모터(8)와 연결되는 시동스위치(10)를 포함한다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안 차량도난방지장치는 운전자가 시동스위치(10)를 정지위치로 하면, 스텝모터(8)가 회전하여 회전축(14)을 전진시키게 되고, 회전축(14)이 브레이크밴드(6)의 이동돌기(12)를 밀고 브레이크밴드(6)의 한쪽은 고정돌기(16)에 의해 고정되어 있으므로 브레이크밴드(6)가 스티어링컬럼(2)에 밀착된다.
운전자가 시동스위치(10)를 작동위치로 하면, 스텝모터(8)가 반대로 회전하여 회전축(8)을 후진시키고, 브레이크밴드(6)는 스티어링컬럼(2)에서 분리된다.
[고안의 효과]
상기와 같이 구성되고 작동되는 본 고안 차량도난방지장치를 사용하면, 정확한 자동차키를 사용하여 엔진시동을 할 때에만 스티어링이 작동하므로 차량의 도난을 방지할 수 있다.

  1. 스티어링컬럼(2)과 스티어링덮개(4) 사이에 설치되는 브레이크밴드(6)와,
    상기한 브레이크밴드(6)의 한쪽 끝에 설치되는 고정돌기(16)와,
    스티어링덮개(4)에 설치되고 상기한 고정돌기(16)를 고정시키는 고정부(18)와,
    상기한 브레이크밴드(6)의 다른쪽 끝에 설치되는 이동돌기(12)와,
    상기한 이동돌기(12)와 회전축(14)을 통하여 연결되는 스텝모터(8)와,
    상기한 스텝모터(8)와 연결되는 시동스위치(10)를 포함하는 차량도난방지장치.
