Abstract

본 고안은 싱크대 서랍에 관한 것으로, 특히 서랍프레임에 살균등과 열송풍기를 설치하고 서랍내에 적재망을 재치하여, 주방용품의 멸균 및 건조를 동시에 가능하게 함은 물론, 서랍내의 공간활용을 극대화 한 싱크대 서랍에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은 적재망 및 서랍내부에 있는 주방용구 등이 열송풍기 및 자외선 램프 가 설치된 서랍프레임 내에서 건조 및 멸균이 동시 되므로 각종 세균의 번식을 방지하여 위생적으로 주방용구를 보관할 수 있고, 또 별도의 건조기 및 살균기를 구입 할 필요없이 기존의 사용중인 싱크대에 간단히 교체하여 사용할 수 있으므로 경제적인 특징이 있다.

본 고안은 싱크대 서랍에 관한 것으로, 특히 서랍프레임에 살균등과 열송풍기를 설치하고 서랍내에 적재망을 재치하여, 주방용품의 멸균 및 건조를 동시에 가능하게 함은 물론, 서랍내의 공간활용을 극대화 한 싱크대 서랍에 관한 것이다.
싱크대는 식료품 및 주방용품 등을 세정 및 보관하는 것으로, 종래에는 보관된 식기류와 주방용구를 살균소독하기 위해선 자외선 램프가 설치된 별도의 살균기를 구입해야 하는 경제적인 부담감과, 살균기 자체의 다소 큰 부피로 일정한 장소 확보를 요하는 등의 문제점을 갖고 있으며, 또 싱크대 내부에 보관된 물품들은 원할하지 못한 공기의 흐름으로 건조상태가 불량하여 보관시 세균의 번식등 각종 전염병의 원인이 되기도 했다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하고자 한국실용출원 제 85-12981 통풍장치가 부착 된 싱크대가 출원된 바 있으나, 이는 싱크대 내부 바닥의 절반을 개방하여 망을 형성한 후 망의 상측으로는 양 안내편에 끼워져 전,후 유동자재하는 개폐막을 구성한 것으로, 건조의 효과는 볼 수 있으나 주방용품의 보관적인 측면에서 볼때 내부의 일부분만 활용되고 주방용품의 살균을 위해서는 별도의 살균기가 필요한 단점이 있었다.
본 고안은 살균동,열송풍기를 서랍프레임에 설치하고, 서랍에는 다수의 분획구 가 형성된 적재망을 재치하여, 각종 주방용품의 보관치 살균,건조 처리함으로써 위생적으로 보관하고, 또한 좁은 서랍의 공간 활용을 극대화하여 상기의 단점을 해소하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이하 본 고안을 첨부된 도면에 의하여 구체적으로 설명한다.
제1도는 본 고안의 서랍 프레임 일부 절개 사시도, 제2도는 본 고안의 서랍 사시도, 제3도는 본 고안의 적재망 사시도, 제4도는 본 고안의 사용 상태도이다.
본 고안은 공지의 싱크대에 있어서, 서랍프레임(10), 서랍(70) 및 적재망(80)으로 구성된다.
제1도에 도시하듯이 전면이 개방된 육면체 형상의 본 고안의 서랍프레임(10) 은, 개방 전면 양측 단부에 고정턱(11)을 형성하고, 뒷면(12) 일측에는 모터와 연결된 열송풍기(30)가 부착되는 홈(13)과 통기공(14)을 형성하되, 상기 홈(13) 및 통기공(14)은 싱크대에 서랍프레임(10)이 결합되었을 때 싱크대에 형성된 홈(13a) 및 통기공(14a)과 동심을 이루는 동일크기 동일형상으로 형성한다. 상기 열송풍기 부착흠(13,13a)에는 열송풍기(30)에서 나오는 고온의 공기를 이송하는 이송로, 즉 덕트(16)가 끼워져 있어 열송풍기(30)가 회전할 때 콘트롤박스(20)내에 있는 전선 등에 의해서 열송풍기(30)의 블레이드가 손상되는 것을 방지해 주며, 또 고온의 공기 이송을 안내한다.
서랍프레임(10)의 상면(15)에는 중앙부에 다수의 살균등(50)을 설치할 수 있도록 일정 공간을 두고 콘트롤박스(20,20a)를 상면(15) 앞,뒤측에 부착하며, 상면 뒤측에 부착된 상기 콘트롤박스(20)의 앞,뒤면 일측에는 덕트(16) 지지공(22)이 형성되어 있고, 상면 앞측에 부착된 상기 콘트롤박스(20a)에는 각종 스위치 및 조절기 부착된 콘트롤러 (21)가 내장되어 있다.
또 서랍프레임(10) 양측면 내측에는 서랍(20)에 형성된 레일(72)이 끼워져서 원활하게 서랍이 개,폐될 수 있도륵 하는 레일 안내홈(17)을 형성하며, 뒷면(12) 외측에는 콘트롤박스(21)내의 전원과 연결된 회로기판(나)을 부착한다.
싱크대상의 수납구(다)에 끼워지는 상기 서랍프레임(10)은 싱크대상의 수납구 (다) 내측 하부에 부착된 ㄱ형지지면(60)에 의해 지지 되어지며, 서랍프레임(10)을 싱크대(가)에 고정하는 방법은 서랍프레임(10) 뒷면(12)과 싱크대를 나사 등으로 고정하거나, 서랍프레임(10) 개방 전면 양 외측의 고정부(11)와 싱크대를 나사 등으로 고정한다.
상기 서랍프레임(10)에 결합되는 본 고안의 서랍(70)은 제2도에 도시하듯이, 전면(71)은 밀폐되고 상부는 개방된 망상구조의 스테인레스재로, 서랍(70) 양측망 외측 하부에는 서랍프레임(10)에 형성된 레일 안내홈(17)에 끼워지는 레일(72)을 형성한다.
본 고안의 적재망(80)은 제3도에 도시하듯이, 망상구조로 하부에는 주방용구 보관시 분류하여 재치할 수 있도록 다수의 분획부(81)를 형성하게하는 굴곡부(82)를 형성하고, 적재망(80) 외면 상부 전체에 서랍(70)의 양측 및 뒤측 상부에 얹혀지는 걸림부(83)를 형성한다.
상기 적재망(80)은 적재망(80)을 서랍(70)에 재치하였을 때 도마 등을 적재망 (80)과 서랍(70) 사이에 보관할 수 있도록 적재망(80)의 높이를 구성하며, 적재망(80)과 서랍(70)의 뒷측 상부는 연결링(50)으로 상호 연결되어 있다.
또 서랍(70)에 재치된 적재망(80)에 주방용구를 보관하여 사용중 서랍(70)을 열어서 적재망(80)의 앞측을 상부로 올려 도마 등을 꺼내고 넣을 때 주방용구가 적재망 (80)에서 이탈되지 않도록 적재망(80) 뒤측에 일정폭의 덮개(84)를 형성한다.
상기 구조의 본 고안의 결합 및 사용 상태를 설명하면 제4도에 도시하듯이, 콘트롤박스(20,20a)가 부착된 서랍프레임(10)을 싱크대상의 수납구(다)에 안착한 후(서랍 프레임(10)은 ㄱ형지지편(60)에 의해 지지 됨) 서랍프레임(10)의 뒷면과 싱크대 또는 서랍프레임(10) 전면의 고정턱(11)과 싱크대를 나사 등으로 고정하고, 덕트(16)를 콘트롤박스(20)상에 형성된 지지공(22)에 지지시키면서 열송풍기부착홈(13,13a)에 끼우고 열송풍기(30)를 열송풍기 부착홈(13)에 부착한다.
본 고안의 적재망(80)과 서랍(70)의 뒷측 상부를 상호 연결링(50)으로 연결한 후, 서랍(70)을 살균등(40) 및 열송풍기(30)가 부착된 상기 서랍프레임(10)의 레일안내홈 (17)에 끼워 서랍(70)을 완전히 닫으면, 서랍(70) 전면(71) 내측 상부가 콘트롤러(21) 전면에 돌출된 스위치를 눌러주어 살균등 및 열송풍기를 자동으로 작동시키고, 서랍을 열면 스위치가 오프(OFF)되어 살균등 및 열송풍기가 작동을 멈춘다.
한편으로 살균등 및 열송풍기 작동 스위치를 서랍프레임(10) 뒷면(12) 내측에 부착하여 서랍(70) 뒤측이 스위치를 눌러주어 상기와 같은 작동을 하게 할 수도 있다.
상기와 같이 멸균,건조 기능 및 선반이 구비된 본 고안의 서랍은 사용중인 싱크대 또는 찬장 서랍 등에 간단하게 결합하여 대체할 수 있다.
이상에서 설명하듯이 본 고안은, 적재망 및 서랍내부에 있는 주방용구 등이 열 송풍기 및 자외선 램프가 설치된 서랍프레임 내에서 건조 및 멸균이 동시에 되므로 각종 세균의 번식을 방지하여 위생적으로 주방용구를 보관할 수 있고, 또 별도의 건조기 및 살균기를 구입할 필요없이 기존의 사용중인 싱크대에 간단히 교체하여 사용할 수 있으므로 경제적인 특징이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 서랍, 세척부, 보관부 등으로 구성된 공지의 싱크대에 있어서, 개방된 전면 양측 탄부에 고정턱(11)을 형성하고, 뒷면(12) 일측에는 모터와 연결된 열송풍기(30)가 부착되는 홈(13)과 통기공(14)을 형성하여, 상기 열송풍기 부착홈 (13)에 콘트롤박스(20)상에 형성된 지지공(22)에 의해 지지되는 덕트(16) 끼우며, 상면(15) 뒤쪽에는 덕트(16) 지지공(22)이 형성된 콘트롤박스(20)를, 앞측에는 각종 스위치 및 조절기 부착된 콘트롤러(21)가 내장된 콘트롤박스(20a)를 부착하여 상기 콘트롤박스(20,20a)사이에 다수의 살균등(401)을 설치하며, 또 서랍프레임(10) 양측면 내측에는 서랍(20)에 형성된 레일(72)이 끼워지는 레일 안내홈(17)을 형성하며, 뒤면 외측에는 회로기판이 부착된 육면체 형상의 서랍프레임(10)과, 상기 서랍프레임(10)에 결합되는, 상부는 개방되게, 전면(71)은 밀폐되게, 양측,밑측 및 뒤측은 망상구조로 구성하되, 상기 양측망 외측 하부에는 서랍프레임(10)에 형성된 레일 안내홈(17)에 끼워지는 레일(72)이 형성된 스테인레스재의 망상구조로 된 서랍(70)과, 상기 서랍(20)에 재치되어 연결링(50)으로 상호 연결되는, 하부에 분획부(81)를 형성하게 하는 굴곡부(82)를 형성하고, 적재망(80) 외면 상부 전체에 걸림부(83)를 형성하며, 뒤측 상부에는 주방용구의 이탈을 방지하는 덮개(34)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균,건조 기능 및 선반이 구비된 싱크대 서랍.
