Claims (5)
- 복수의 트랙을 갖는 트랙킹 구조(8)를 구비한 재기록가능한 기록층(9)을 갖고, 상기 기록층(9)이 데이터 기록 영역(5)과, 데이터 기록 영역(5) 이외의 식별 마크 영역(4)에 존재하며 데이터 기록 영역(5)에 있는 트랙킹 구조(8)의 다수의 트랙의 반경방향의 폭에 걸쳐 연장되는 소거가능한 식별 마크(3)를 갖는 재기록가능한 데이터 저장매체에 있어서, 데이터 기록 영역(5)이 제 1 트랙킹 구조(8')를 갖는 한편, 식별 마크 영역(4)이 트랙킹 구조를 갖지 않거나 제 1 트랙킹 구조(8')와 다른 제 2 트랙킹 구조(8")를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 재기록가능한 데이터 저장매체(1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,제 2 트랙킹 구조(8")는 적어도 한 개의 위치에서 차단되는 나선형 홈의 형태를 지닌 적어도 한 개의 트랙(6)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 재기록가능한 데이터 저장매체(1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,제 2 트랙킹 구조(8")는 동심을 이루는 복수의 홈의 형태를 갖는 복수의 트랙(6)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 재기록가능한 데이터 저장매체(1).
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,제 2 트랙킹 구조(8")의 적어도 한 개의 트랙(6)은 어드레스 정보로 변조된 것을 특징으로 하는 재기록가능한 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,기록층(9)은 제 1 및 제 2 자화 상태 사이에서 변화할 수 있는 자기 물질을 포함하고, 기록층(9) 내부에 기록된 정보는 자기적 방식 및 광학적 방식으로부터 선택된 한가지 방식으로 판독가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 재기록가능한 데이터 저장매체.
