- 결정성 M(II)(OH)2금속수산화물과 결정성 M(III)(OH)3금속수산화물을 물에 분산시키고, 수용성 M(II)화합물과 수용성 M(III)화합물을 상기 M(II)(OH)2및 상기 M(III)(OH)3각각에 대하여 동일한 몰비율로 첨가하고, 층간 음이온을 공급할 수 있는 수용성 화합물을 반응계에 첨가하고, 반응물 용액의 pH를 제어하여 수용성 금속화합물로부터 비결정성 금속수산화물이 포함되는 점성을 띠는 혼합물을 형성시키고, 수열 반응 단계를 거쳐서 최종 생성물의 입자크기, 비표면적, 입자형상의 물리적 변수를 넓은 범위로 용이하게 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 혼합금속 수산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 M(II)는 2+의 산화수를 갖는 제 1 금속원소로 이루어지고, 상기 M(III)는 3+의 산화수를 갖는 제 2 금속원소로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 혼합금속 수산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 금속원소는 Mg, Ca, Zn, Ni, Cu 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 금속원소로 이루어지고, 상기 제 2 금속원소는 Al, Cr, Fe 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 금속원소로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 혼합금속 수산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 M(II)화합물과 상기 수용성 M(III)화합물은 각각 물에 녹아서 M(II)금속원소 또는 M(III)금속원소가 포함된 음이온이나 양이온을 공급할 수 있도록 M(II)원소와 M(III)원소 각 성분의 염산염, 황산염, 질산염, 시안염, 카복실산화합물, 옥소음이온, 옥소수산화음이온을 포함하는 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 혼합금속 수산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 M(II)화합물과 상기 수용성 M(II)화합물을 공급하는 상기 화합물로는 상기 결정성 M(II)(OH)2금속수산화물과 상기 결정성 M(III)(OH)3금속수산화물 각각에 무기산을 가하여 수용성 M(II)무기산염과 M(II)무기산염을 반응 혼합물 중에서 형성시켜 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 혼합금속 수산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 무기산은 전체 M(II)성분과 M(III)성분 각각에 대하여 5∼30몰 % 범위로 동일하게 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 혼합금속 수산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전체 M(II)성분과 전체 M(III)성분의 몰 비율이 2:1 내지 3:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 혼합금속 수산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 화합물은, Cl-, Bl-, CO3 2-,BO3 3-, NO3 -, PO4 3-, P2O7 4-, SO4 2-, WO4 2-, MOO4 2-, CrO4 2-, Cr2O7 2-, 실리케이트음이온, 폴리포스페이트 음이온류, 헤테로폴리산음이온류, 카복실산음이온류를 함유하는 화합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 혼합금속 수산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 M(II)(OH)2와 상기 M(III)(OH)3각각에 대한 상기 수용성 M(II)화합물과 상기 수용성 M(III)화합물의 몰% m을 전체 M(II)성분 또는 M(III)성분 각각의 몰 비율 100%에 대하여 5<m<30% 범위에서 동일하게 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 혼합금속 수산화물의 제조방법.이때, m=수용성 M(II)화합물 몰수 x 100/(M(II)(OH)2화학식 몰수 + 수용성 M(II)화합물몰수)=수용성 M(III)화합물 몰수 x 100/(M(III)(OH)3화학식 몰수 + 수용성 M(II)화합물몰수)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 층간 음이온 성분의 양은, 상기 M(III)성분의 전체 몰수에 해당하는 음전하량을 공급할 수 있는 양에 대하여 100%∼200% 범위를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 혼합금속 수산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응물 용액의 pH를 조절하는 단계에서는 알칼리금속 수산화물 용액을 사용하여 반응혼합물의 pH를 9∼14 범위에서 제어하여 점성을 띠는 비결정성 금속수산화물 젤을 포함하는 혼합물을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 혼합금속 수산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수열반응은 150∼170℃의 반응온도와 4∼10기압의 반응압력하에서 30분∼4시간의 반응시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 혼합금속 수산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 M(II)(OH)2금속수산화물과 상기 결정성M(III)(OH)3금속수산화물은 전체 중량비로 전체 반응물 질량에 대하여 10%∼30% 범위로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 층상 혼합금속 수산화물의 제조방법.
