Claims (2)
- 채취한 찻잎을 밀폐된 용기중에서 CO2가스 분위기하 10 내지 30℃에서 3 내지 5시간 동안 유지하는 전처리 과정을 거친 후, 제다공정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고기능성 GABA차의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 찻잎은 채취 직후부터 20시간 내에 전처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고기능성 GABA차의 제조방법.
