Claims (1)
- 탄수화물의 질산 산화법에 의한 옥살산의 제조에 있어서,탄수화물로서 에틸렌 글리콜을 사용하며, 질산/에틸렌 글리콜의 몰비율이 5.5∼6.5이며, 질산:황산의 중량비가 35:25∼40:30이고, 반응온도 40∼50℃, 반응압력 10∼26 mmHg, 반응 교반속도 100∼120 rpm, 숙성 교반속도 120∼150 rpm이며, 에틸렌 글리콜의 적하시간을 100분 이하로 하며, 질산을 반응 2∼3시간 후에 추가로 투입하며, 촉매를 사용하지 않으며, 반응 종결 후 2시간 동안은 반응온도와 동일한 온도에서 숙성하고 2시간 이후부터 온도를 5∼10℃/시간으로 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥살산을 고수율로 제조하는 방법.
