Claims (3)
- 방향족 또는 지방족 디이소시아네이트 화합물을 2가 이상의 다가 알코올과 반응시킨 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머를 액상 또는 비극성 용매에 용해된 용액상으로 2가 이상의 아민화합물이 용해된 극성용매에 일정한 크기의 방울로 적하시켜 균일한 크기를 갖는 구형의 폴리우레탄 수화겔 비드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머는 분자량이 300000 미만이고 상기 디이소시아네이트 화합물은 톨루엔디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄-4,4'-디이소시아네이트, 1,6-헥산디이소시아네이트, 수소화 디페닐메탄-4,4'-디이소시아네이트 또는 이소포론디이소시아네이트이고 상기 다가 알코올은 에틸렌글리콜, 글리세롤, 펜타에리트리톨, 또는 에틸렌옥사이드 혹은 프로필렌옥사이드 반복 단위를 블록 혹은 랜덤 공중합체 형태로 포함하고 있는 분자량 20000 미만의 다가 알코올 또는 이들의 혼합물이고 상기 2가 이상의 아민화합물은 에틸렌디아민, 디에틸렌트리아민, 트리에틸렌테트라아민 또는 이소포론디아민이고 상기 극성용매는 물인 균일한 크기를 갖는 구형의 폴리우레탄 수화겔 비드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머는 엔아민, 케티민, 옥사졸리딘계 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 소량 포함하고 상기 극성용매인 물은 현탁조제로서 탄산마그네슘 또는 수산화마그네슘의 무기화합물 및/또는 폴리비닐알코올 또는 폴리비닐피로리돈의 수용성 고분자를 포함하고 상기 다가 알코올은 3가 이상의 다가 알코올이 전체 알코올에 대해서 몰분율이 0.050 이상이고 상기 이소시아네이트기/ 상기 알코올기의 공급 몰비는 1.0보다 크고 1.5보다는 작고 아민 화합물의 농도는 0.2M 이상인 균일한 크기를 갖는 구형의 폴리우레탄 수화겔 비드를 제조하는 방법.
