Claims (8)
- 엔진과 무단변속기 사이에 개장(介裝)되고, 엔진의 출력축과 무단변속기의 입력축을 비연결상태로부터 완전연결상태 사이에서 연결가능한 클러치기구.상기 클러치기구의 연결상태를 제어하는 제어유닛을 가지고,상기 제어유닛은, 상기 연결력을 엔진토크에 따라서 설정하는 압압력 설정부를 가지고,상기 압압력 설정부는, 엔진토크에 따라서 상기 클러치기구의 연결상태를 완전연결상태로 유지할 수 있는 최소연결력에 대해서 소정치를 가한 값에 연결력을 설정하는 것을 특징으로하는 무단변속기의 클러치제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 소정치는, 상기 엔진토크의 변화가 클때에 상기 연결력이 상기 최소 연결력보다도 일시적으로 작아지고, 상기 엔진토크의 변화가 작을때에는 상기 최소 연결력보다도 큰 상태로 유지되도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기의 클러치제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기소정치는, 엔진토크에 대한 상기 연결력의 응답지연에 의거하여 설정되는 것을 특징으로하는 무단변속기의 클러치제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어유닛은, 무단변속기의 변속비를 판정하는 변속비판정부와 상기변속비 판정부에 의해 판정된 변속비에 따라서 상기 소정치를 변경하는 소정치변경부를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기의 클러치제어장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 소정치 변경부는, 상기 변속비판정부에 의해 판정된 변속비가 저속쪽일 때, 상기 소정치를 오우버드라이브쪽의 소정치보다 작아지도록 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기의 클러치제어장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 무단변속기는 프라이머리풀리 및 세컨드리풀리를 가진 벨트식 무단변속기이고, 상기 변속판정부는, 상기 프라이머리와 상기 세컨드리풀리와의 회전속도비에 의해 변속비를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기의 클러치제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 클러치기구는, 유압에 의해 연결상태가 제어되는 구성인 동시에, 상기 제어유닛은, 상기 유압을 조정해서 상기 연결력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기의 클러치제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진과 상기 무단변속기와의 사이에 유체 이음매가 개장되고, 상기 클러치기구는, 상기 유체이음매의 입력축과 출력축을 연결 가능한 클러치인 것을 특징으로하는 무단 변속기의 클러치제어장치.
