Claims (2)
- 금속사출성형용 원료 제조를 위한 용도이며 수작업을 위한 글로브박스(41)를 구비하는 원료챔버(11);초미립 금속분말 저장 및 칭량을 위한 용도이며 수작업을 위한 글로브박스(41) 및 대상물 출입을 위한 투입구(32)를 구비하는 저장챔버(12);초미립 금속분말 성형 및 소결을 위한 용도이며 수작업을 위한 글로브박스(41) 및 대상물 출입을 위한 투입구(33)를 구비하는 성형챔버(13);상기 원료챔버(11), 저장챔버(12), 성형챔버(13) 사이를 일렬로 연통하도록 설치되고, 양단에 각각 개폐가능한 도어를 지니는 통로(21)(22)(23)(24); 및상기 원료챔버(11), 저장챔버(12), 성형챔버(13)를 배기하는 진공펌프(50), 불활성 또는 보호성 가스를 주입하는 가스탱크(60), 진공 및 가스압을 검출하는 압력게이지(42), 유로를 단속하는 밸브(43)(44) 등을 구비하는 분위기 조절수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미립 금속분말제품 제조용 일체형 청정설비.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분위기 조절수단은 상기 통로(21)(22)(23)(24)를 통하여 원료챔버(11), 저장챔버(12), 성형챔버(13)에 배기 또는 가스주입이 이루어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미립 금속분말제품 제조용 일체형 청정설비.
