Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for separating solid material like fibroid material and liquid material in food waste is provided to prevent breakage of mixer and reduce cost by separating solid material and liquid material in food waste through compacting rather than crushing. CONSTITUTION: Solid material like fibroid material and liquid material in food waste are separated not by crushing but by compacting. Liquid material is discharged through a lot of openings in inner wall of the compressor, so that the pressure of the food waste is reduced and time for compaction and extraction is reduced. Therefore, an excessive pressure required for massive treatment can be avoided.
