Description
Claims (12)
- 픽셀들에 대한 전기적 컨덕터 패턴을 구비하는 제 1 기판을 포함하는 디스플레이 디바이스로서,상기 디스플레이 디바이스를 수용하는 상기 디바이스의 적어도 한 부분에 대해 상기 컨덕터 패턴을 정렬하기 위하여, 상기 기판은 자신의 에지를 따라 적어도 하나의 마커(marker)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판의 적어도 한 에지(one edge)가 하나의 홈(recess)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 디바이스.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 실질적으로 사각형이며, 상기 기판의 두 에지는 모서리를 둘러싸도록 홈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 디바이스.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 U 자형이나, V 자형이나, 반원형이나 또는 사다리꼴 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 디스플레이 디바이스를 구비한 디바이스로서,상기 디바이스는 상기 기판의 마커(marker) 위치에 또 다른 정렬 소자들을구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 디바이스를 구비한 디바이스.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 디바이스는 상기 기판의 홈 위치에 카운터 소자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 디바이스를 구비한 디바이스.
- 초기 기판은 적어도 기판 처리(substrate treatment)되고, 이 기판 처리를 통해 상기 초기 기판은 상기 디스플레이 디바이스의 적어도 한 부분을 실현하기 위한 패턴을 구비하며, 그 후에 상기 초기 기판은, 필요하다면, 상기 디스플레이 디바이스를 형성하는 복수의 디스플레이 디바이스 기판으로 나눠지는 디스플레이 디바이스 제조 방법으로서,디스플레이 디바이스 기판의 적어도 한 에지에 정렬 마크로서 상기 기판에 패턴으로, 하나의 마커(marker)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 디바이스 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이 디바이스의 적어도 한 부분을 실현하기 위한 상기 패턴은 정렬 마크로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 디바이스 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 하나의 홈이 상기 기판의 적어도 한 에지에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 디바이스 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 실질적으로 사각형이며, 홈들이 모서리를 감싸도록 상기 기판의 두 에지(two edges)에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 디바이스 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 마커는 또 다른 디바이스에 상기 디스플레이 디바이스를 수용하기 위해 정렬 마크로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 디바이스 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 마커는 상기 디스플레이 디바이스의 제조 단계들에서 정렬 마크로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 제조 방법.
