Claims (5)
- 포드 도어(pod door)는 포드로부터 제거되고 및 작업편이 포드와 프로세스 공구(process tool)사이에 이송하는 동안 프로세스 공구내에 집어 넣어지는 것으로,포트 도어(port door)내부에 장착된 체결 키(latch key)를 구성하고, 상기 체결 키는 상기 포트 도어에 상기 포드 도어를 연결하기 위한 제 1 수단, 및 상기 포트 도어에 대항하여 상기 포드 도어를 단단하게 보유하기 위한 제 2 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포트 도어에 대항하여 단단하게 포드 도어를 보유하기 위한 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,체결 키위에 상기 체결 키의 회전을 구성하는 상기 제 1 수단 및 제 2 수단은 상기 포트 도어내 슬롯(slot)내부에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포트 도어에 대항하여 단단하게 포드 도어를 보유하기 위한 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 수단은 조절 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 포트 도어에 대항하여 단단하게 포드 도어를 보유하기 위한 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 수단은 수동으로 조절 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 포트 도어에 대항하여 단단하게 포드 도어를 보유하기 위한 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 수단은 자동 조절 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 포트 도어에 대항하여 단단하게 포드 도어를 보유하기 위한 시스템.
