Claims (4)
- 인삼 물추출물 (Ext. 고형분 64%) 0.1∼0.5%에 고과당 5∼15%와 설탕 1.5∼5%를 배합하고 정제수 일부를 혼합교반하고 1차 혼합물에 구연산 2∼5%, 구연산 나트륨 0.01∼0.05%, 콜라베이스(TAKASAKO 日本) 0.1∼0.7% 및 콜라향(TAKASAKO 日本) 0.1∼0.5% 등 부원료를 첨가한 후 정제수를 첨가하여 최종량이 100%가 되도록 정용하고 충분히 혼합하며 여과하여 이 혼합물을 용기에 충전하고 탄산가스(CO2)를 충진시켜 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼음료 제조방법.
- 인삼엑기스(Ext)를 제조한 후 생출된 인삼박을 함수량이 10 ∼ 15% 정도가 되도록 건조하여 절단 또는 분쇄하여 직경 4±1cm이 되도록 하여 함수량이 7∼15% 정도가 되도록 건조한 후 3∼5㎝의 길이로 절단하고, 보리는 이물질을 제거하여 인삼박은 볶음기(roaster)로 170 ∼230℃에서 10∼30분간, 보리는 같은 온도에서 10∼20분간 볶음기(roaster)로 볶음처리한 다음 인삼박과 보리를 각각 1회에 10배 2, 3회에 7배씩의 정제수를 넣어 비등수욕상에서 2시간씩 추출한 후 8,000 ∼ 12,000rpm에서 10℃의 조건으로 원심분리하여 침전물을 제거하고 전체액량의 약 10%를 감압농축하여 훈연취를 제거, 탈취한 인삼박추출액 (Ext. 고형분 64%) 10∼20%와 보리추출액(Ext. 고형분 64%) 1∼2%를 모액으로 하여 인삼 물추출물(Ext. 고형분 64%) 0.1∼0.5%, 타우린 0.2∼0.6%, 고과당 5∼13%, 말티톨(Maltitol) 2∼8%, 식이섬유(Plydextrose) 1∼5%, 구연산 0.1∼0.2%, 구연산나트륨 0.05∼0.2% 등을 온수에 녹여 첨가하며 콜라향(Cola flavor) 0.1∼0.2%을 첨가한 후 최종량이 100%가 되도록 정제수로 정용하여 용기에 넣고 탄산가스(CO2)로 충입하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볶음 처리에 의한 콜라맛 인삼음료 제조방법.

- 탈취한 인삼박추출액 (Ext. 고형분 64%) 10∼20%와 보리추출액(Ext. 고형분 64%) 1∼2%를 모액으로 하여 인삼 물추출물(Ext. 고형분 64%) 0.1∼0.5%, 타우린 0.2∼0.6%, 고과당 5∼13%, 말티톨(Maltitol) 2∼8%, 식이섬유(Plydextrose) 1∼5%, 구연산 0.1∼0.2%, 구연산나트륨 0.05∼0.2% 등을 온수에 녹여 첨가하며 콜라향(Cola flavor) 0.1∼0.2%을 첨가한 후 최종량이 100%가 되도록 정제수로 정용하여 용기에 넣고 탄산가스(CO2)로 충입하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볶음 처리에 의한 콜라맛 인삼음료.
