Claims (5)
- 유액이 봉입된 실린더와, 이 실린더 내에 미끄럼 운동할 수 있도록 끼워진 피스톤과, 일단이 상기 피스톤에 연결되고 타단이 상기 실린더의 외부로 뻗어 있는 피스톤 로드와, 상기 피스톤의 미끄럼 운동에 의해 유액이 유통되는 유로와, 이 유로의 유액의 유동을 제어하여 감쇠력을 조정하는 감쇠력 조정 밸브를 구비한 감쇠력 조정식 유압 완충기에 있어서,상기 감쇠력 조정 밸브는 대략 원통형인 슬리브 내에 슬라이더 밸브가 미끄럼 운동할 수 있도록 끼워져 상기 슬리브의 측벽에 형성된 포트 사이의 유액의 압력을 상기 슬라이더 밸브의 이동에 의해서 제어하는 가변 압력 제어 밸브이며, 상기 슬리브내 슬라이더 밸브의 양단부의 유실이 상기 포트로부터 차단되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠력 조정식 유압 완충기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감쇠력 조정 밸브는 상기 피스톤의 미끄럼 이동에 의해서 감쇠력을 발생시키는 파일럿형 감쇠 밸브의 파일럿 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠력 조정식 유압 완충기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 감쇠력 조정 밸브는 상기 실린더 내의 유로에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠력 조정식 유압 완충기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이더 밸브는 원통형의 슬라이더부의 양단에 밸브 부재의 기단 측이 부착되어 있고, 상기 각 밸브 부재의 선단 측이 상기 슬리브 내에 액밀 상태로 미끄럼 운동할 수 있도록 끼워 맞춰짐으로써, 상기 슬라이더 밸브의 양단부의 유실이 상기 포트로부터 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠력 조정식 유압 완충기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이더 밸브는 상기 슬라이더부와 상기 밸브 부재가 일체로 형성되고, 상기 슬라이더부의 축방향으로 2개 이상의 부분으로 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠력 조정식 유압 완충기.
