Claims (4)
- 전해액 주입구를 제외하고 밀폐한 전지캔 내부에 전해액을 주입하는 전해액 주입 장치에 있어서, 전해액 주입구에 기밀하게 장착 가능한 전해액 주입 노즐과, 전해액 주입 노즐을 전해액 주입구에 장착한 상태에서 전지캔 내를 배기하는 배기 수단, 전해액 주입 노즐에 전해액 주입 밸브를 통해 결합하고, 전지캔 내에 주입하는 전해액을 저류하는 전해액 포트, 전해액 포트에 소정량의 전해액을 전해액 공급 밸브를 통해 공급하는 전해액 공급 수단, 및 전해액 포트 내의 전해액을 가압하면서 전지캔 내에 주입하기 위한 가압 기체 공급 수단을 가압 밸브를 통해 전해액 포트에 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 전해액 주입 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가압 기체 공급 수단으로부터 가압 밸브를 통해 전해액 포트에 가압 기체를 공급할 때, 전지캔 벽면을 압압하여 전지캔의 변형을 방지하는 압압 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해액 주입 장치.
- 전해액 주입구를 제외하고 밀폐한 전지캔 내부에 전해액을 주입하는 전해액 주입 방법에 있어서, 전지캔 내를 미리 정한 감압도까지 배기함과 동시에, 주입해야할 소정량의 전해액을 전해액 포트에 저류한 후에, 전해액 포트 내의 전해액을 전지캔 내로의 주입 개시와 동시, 또는 주입 개시 후에 전해액 포트 내에 가압 기체를 공급하여 전해액을 가압해 전지캔 내로 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해액의 주입 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 가압 기체에 의한 전해액의 가압 공급시에는, 전지캔의 벽면을 압압하여 전지캔의 변형을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해액의 주입 방법.
