Claims (10)
- 공기 댐퍼에 있어서,하우징, 및상기 하우징 내부에서 왕복 운동하는 피스톤을 구비하며,상기 피스톤은 왕복 운동 중에 상기 하우징의 내부벽과 맞물리는 밀봉재를 구비하며,상기 밀봉재는 상기 피스톤의 내부면에 의해 맞물려지며,상기 피스톤의 상기 내부면이 평면으로부터 변화함으로써 상기 내부면과 상기 밀봉재 사이에 틈(interstices)을 형성시키며, 이로써 상기 피스톤을 관통하는 공기 통로를 형성시키는 공기 댐퍼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내부면의 평면으로부터 상기 변화가 상기 내부면의 결(texturing)에 의해 형성되는 공기 댐퍼.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 내부면의 결이 표면 거칠기(graining)와 또한 관련되는 공기 댐퍼.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤은 상기 내부면으로부터 이어지는 원통형 스페이서(spacer)를 갖는 플런저(plunger)를 포함하며, 상기 밀봉재는 상기 원통형 스페이서로부터 외측 반경 방향으로 인접하게 위치되는 공기 댐퍼.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 스페이서는 상기 밀봉재에 접하면서 반경 방향으로 이어지는 리브(rib)를 더 구비하는 공기 댐퍼.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 피스톤 샤프트를 더 포함하며, 및 탭(tab)은 상기 원통형 스페이서로부터 길이 방향으로 이어지며, 상기 탭이 상기 피스톤 샤프트에 부착하는 부착 요소를 구비하는 공기 댐퍼.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 탭이 통과해 이어지는 슬롯을 갖는 리테이너(retainer)를 더 구비하며, 상기 리테이너는 상기 원통형 면에 의해 상기 내부면에 평행하게 일정 간격 떨어지며, 상기 밀봉재는 상기 리테이너와 상기 내부면 사이에 위치되는 공기 댐퍼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내부면은 내부 원통형 면을 구비하는 공기 댐퍼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내부면은 적어도 하나의 반경 방향 도우넛형 면을 구비하는 공기 댐퍼.
- 공기 댐퍼에 있어서,하우징과,상기 하우징 내부에서 왕복 운동하는 피스톤과,상기 피스톤을 관통하는 오리피스(orifice), 및상기 오리피스를 통해 상기 공기 흐름 저항을 변화시키도록 상기 오리피스를 통해 삽입되는 직물(textile) 재료를 구비하는 공기 댐퍼.
